I'm writing this comment a few months (désolé Murat pour le retard ..) after our stay in Cappadocia, but my two friends and I still keep wonderful memories about our four days stay in Takaev Cave Hotel. Everything was perfect, I insist : the room (lovely, confortable, well equipped and cheap), the hotel situation (Uchisar is a pretty little town, with an amazing view on the region from the terrace), the breakfast (complete and delicious) and above all, the staff. As three youngs from Switzerland, we really appreciated Murat's (the hotel owner) efforts to show us where to go hiking in beautiful places. He's been a formidable host, for what we send him great thanks. Same for his team, which has been so helpful and friendly. Thank you again !! To close, I can only recommend the Takaev Hotel to everyone (families, friends, couples, ”routards”, etc.) looking for a unforgettable stay in Cappadocia.

The most wonderful stay. I arrived late at night & the hotel staff was so warm & welcoming. The hotel itself should be 5 stars- the room is so clean, stunning design & all amenities available. The rooftop seating has an incredible view & the breakfast each morning is amazing/so delicious! I felt safe & 100% content/happy with my stay. Ahmet, hotel manager, is so wonderful & accommodating to whatever I needed. All tours were on time & very professional. I took the hotel shuttle to & from the airport which was convenient. I recommend this hotel to all friends & family!!

I went to turkey with my sister and mother and we decided to stay at the best hotel in Capadoccia, we were really excited to do the ballon trip and get to know the beautiful town. Once we arrived to the hotel the treatment was terrible, they were very disrisispectfull with my mother who is able to walk but had a wheelchair for asisstance. The hotel later told the tour guide from the balloons that they should not allow my mother to go to the trip (without letting us know the reason) and saying there was no room. IMPORTANT TO SAY THE TRIP IN BALLOON WAS ALREADY PAYED AND RESERVED. Later the next day we asked if there was any news on our ballon ride and they said there was no space. we where very disapointed. Later on arriving back to mexico and having our travel agent call the hotel for explanation we learned the hotel staff arranged for us no to go to the trip. Instead of telling us its not recommended for older people or even just letting one of ride, knowing we had made such a long trip to go there. It was on my mothers bucket list and it is very sad to know that lack of sympathy and comunication did this. WE DID NOT RECIEVE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OR OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE BALLOON RIDE. We felt discriminated throughout the stay.

We had a pleasant stay. I booked our rooms after a big holiday so the hotel was almost empty and quiet. The rooms and the breakfast were very good. The owners were very polite and resourceful. Couple things to mention, if you are booking online, make sure you call them if you prefer to stay in a room with a window. Remember, this is a cave hotel. Unfortunately, when I reserved online, I did not see it anywhere in the room description. My wife and I did not have any problem with that. But our guests were not comfortable staying in a room without a window. Although they found another room for them we decided to switch the rooms. That night, the air-conditioner in our room had a problem. The owner (Hakan) was kind to offer us another room which was larger and better. I definitely recommend this hotel. You can watch the air balloons from the rooftop terrace. It is lovely to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset from there.

We recently enjoyed another exceptional 3-day stay at this remarkable hotel. The suites are exquisitely designed, and the breakfast remains unparalleled in Turkey (this being my sixth visit). The vistas from every part of the hotel are truly breathtaking. The staff's kindness and dedication are exceptional. Mustafa at the front desk provided extraordinary service, acting as our trip planner, navigator, and restaurant guide. He even shared his personal contact number and remained in touch with us outside of his working hours. His generosity was evident when he personally prepared food for us after the kitchen had closed, ensuring we were not left hungry.He would ask us about our stay and make sure that everything was fine whenever we passed by the reception. It was wonderful of him to make you feel like a special guest. Special thanks also go to Mr. Funkier and Mr. Dugsh for their outstanding assistance. This level of service epitomizes the high standards of this property. In summary, the hotel offers an exceptional location, outstanding service, and beautifully appointed rooms. We eagerly anticipate our next visit.

We recently enjoyed the hospitality of the exceptional team at Ariana Lodge. Our experience here has exceeded all expectations. The online booking process was easy, offering benefits for booking directly via the website. The communication during our planning process was virtually instant, with great consideration given to our questions and needs. The airport transfer was timely and professional in an air conditioned Mercedes van with a capable driver. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and just our luck to have a room upgrade provided - yay! The room was well appointed, clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows, with the fireplace adding to the ambiance on cooler evenings. Separate bath and shower, double basin, plenty of vanity space, and a separate toilet for added privacy. The most wonderful part of the room was its terrace and the views over Capaddocia - truly stunning. You can sit outside at sunrise and watch the balloons floating across this magnificent landscape. What a treat! The service was exceptional across the hotel. To give a shout-out to one or two people would be unfair as each and every staff member, front of house and restaurant, were brilliant: professional, warm, caring, genuine. We celebrated my birthday while here and the team ensured that this birthday will be a truly memorable one - so special!
