The place is a wonderful location. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. You can walk to a lot of different attractions in the region without much difficulty. There’s 20 or 30 restaurants within a five minute walk the view of the hot air balloon balloons from my room was amazing. The Turkish breakfast included in the room is a great value and is so large. It can also count as lunch. We would definitely recommend it and we would stay there again

This place was beautiful and absolutely amazing. Cleanliness was not an issue and it was very cosy. Breakfast was pleasant and staff were helpful. Genuinely enjoyed our time and the views of the hot air balloon were amazing. A very short drive to the main town area where all the shops and restaurants are. Close to some horse riding and ATV activities which were a decent price.

Interesting cave hotel, very good location. The staff needs to take more notice of the thing that needs replacing or fixing in rooms.

Very good hotel, good breakfast, good scenery, Ms. Rabia at the reception is very welcoming, the hotel has local characteristics. I will recommend friends to come here.

choosed this hotel for jacuzzi, very friendly staff, nice location, only 10-15minute walk to the uchisa castle, and 200lira taxi to Goreme town. convenient, not noisy area, but easy to reach everywhere. only one thing to complain: the wifi in the room. so bad. maybe becausethe room is in cave with thick wall, cut out the wifi connection. hotel should add more routers in the rooms far from the reception.

Very great experience with the hotel! Breakfast is generous with a breathtaking view from their roof top. As a cave hotel, the room also has very good insulation, so inside the room stays warm despite the very cold temperature outside. The staffs are also super nice, they called a taxi for me as I arrived at 2 AM and they help me to send the stuff that I accidentally left in the hotel.

とても親切に接してくれます。 初めての海外旅行でいろいろと疲れることもありますが、ここのホテルに帰ってくると安心できます。 おかげで楽しい旅行にできました。本当にありがとう。 忘れた指輪もわざわざ届けてくれました。

酒店沒有空調但是不算太熱，總體服務態度良好，餐廳提供的餐食也比較符合胃口，前台在打電話叫的士、訂購熱氣球方面非常樂意助人。

房間相當大且能放鬆，晚上涼風徐徐相當舒服，但是有較多規矩，非穆斯林會有些不習慣，但是不影響房間的舒適度。

洞穴房間還是有點潮有點悶，每天必須打開門通風。其他都挺好，工作人員熱情周到，幾個露台沒人打擠。喜歡前台的大狗狗。

早餐很好吃，風景很好
