I've already raved about it once, and I'm going to do it again! We stayed in two different room types, and each had its own charm. The second floor was very convenient, while the third floor was quieter and had better views. The tea and coffee at the hotel were incredibly fragrant, and the roasted pork rice noodles and stir-fried mushrooms recommended by the owner were absolutely delicious – truly unforgettable!

The owner was incredibly warm and attentive, helping us with transfers from our city hotel and back, so we didn't have to worry about our luggage, no matter how much we had! The balcony view was unbeatable; we enjoyed a different sunset every evening. Breakfast was plentiful, and there was free-flow coffee. The location was also very convenient. The soundproofing could be a bit better, but it's a small price to pay for such a magnificent view.

My first impression was how incredibly welcoming the staff was. They repeatedly confirmed my luggage pickup and drop-off arrangements beforehand. Upon arrival, the housekeeper gave a detailed explanation of the facilities and even provided a walking guide for local eateries. The washing machine and dryer were a lifesaver on rainy days! While we were out, the housekeeper even helped fold our dried clothes. Every staff member at the hotel was smiling and happy to answer any questions we had. I especially loved the breakfast here; the rice noodle soup had such a rich and fragrant broth that I didn't even bother eating out elsewhere. The location is excellent – there's a small vegetable market not far away, and it's an easy walk to the Heshun Library. Coming back from a walk around Wild Duck Lake was also effortless. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the amenities provided were all high quality. Having a private hot spring in the room was a huge plus, making it incredibly good value for money.

Specifically booked the LOFT to experience it, and you can actually see the stars at night! That's already amazing... The guesthouse provides lattes, and it was so hot in the afternoon, so hiding in the room and sipping on an iced latte was really comfortable! The location is also very convenient, close to the Centennial Wet Market.

This time, I arranged a trip for my parents, and they were so satisfied with this hotel. The service truly felt like family. My father developed a fever during the trip and needed an ambulance (120). The hotel was incredibly responsible, even accompanying him to the hospital. Afterwards, they constantly checked in on his condition. When he returned to the hotel, they brought him food and did their best to take care of him. The hotel facilities are also excellent. We will definitely stay here again next time.

If you're driving, you can't take your car into the ancient town. Luckily, the hotel offers a trishaw service to pick up your luggage from the parking lot, which was very convenient. The hotel is right in the heart of the ancient town, just a few minutes' walk from the century-old food street. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, and the rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the sunset and cloud formations, with countless stars at night – truly therapeutic. But what really stood out was the service. Everyone was so friendly and warm. My husband caught a cold, and the owner showed us so much care and concern, which we really appreciated. Oh, and we didn't even realize we'd left our charger behind, but one of the staff members drove over 20 kilometers to deliver it to our next hotel outside the town. We were so touched! A huge thank you again to the owner and all the staff for their hard work. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

The room is a loft-style, with the bed on the upper half-floor and the living room, toilet, and balcony downstairs. It has an electric bidet toilet. The service is excellent; they offer free pick-up and drop-off at the bus station. Complimentary pour-over coffee is available with no limits. The location is also great, very close to the Heshun Ancient Town shopping center, with many delicious food options nearby.

Unlimited coffee is a great perk, and the owner is incredibly kind, offering fantastic recommendations for local food and travel tips. The service is excellent too.

I chose a standard room, but actually, the loft on the top floor is even more beautiful, with an unbeatable panoramic view where you can enjoy the sunset while soaking in the outdoor hot spring and sipping on a pour-over coffee. From the owner to the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to help solve problems. The airport shuttle service was excellent, and they even helped with our luggage, which was a great relief given how difficult the ancient town's roads are to navigate. The room itself was very spacious and quiet, and the oversized bathroom was a real treat, featuring a double vanity and a smart toilet. All the facilities were top-notch! The room came with complimentary fruit and snacks, meeting all our needs. Breakfast was homemade by the aunties every morning, served in bento boxes with different nutritious and delicious options daily. And the pour-over coffee was both visually appealing and tasty!

This B&B is located right inside the ancient town, and while I initially worried about convenience, getting around was actually super easy. I booked for three nights, and the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded my room for the last two nights. Watching the sunset from the balcony every day was incredibly relaxing. Although the soundproofing isn't the best, it didn't disturb my sleep at night. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I especially loved the free-flowing coffee – and it wasn't just any coffee, it was really well-made! The service at this B&B is truly outstanding; attentive without being intrusive, which made for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again!
