Reserva de 1 acomodação com 2 camas de casal feita com 2 meses de antecedência. Pediram pagamento antecipado... paguei. Chegando ao local à 1h30 da madrugada fomos informadas que não tinha quarto com 2 camas disponível. Honestamente... Culpar o sistema é muita falta de criatividade... O sistema não tem advogado para se defender, mais fácil seria assumir que o hotel não tem este tipo de quarto ou que alguém pisou na bola feio e cabe aqui alguma forma de consolo para os hóspedes seja por meio de desconto ou bebida ou outra coisa... Corredores e elevadores encardidos. Cortina do quarto idem. Espaço é o habitual para um Ibis, para 1 pernoite atendeu. Ducha excelente (única coisa a se elogiar)! Café da manhã bom porém reposição morosa. Localização com inúmeras opções de clínicas e hospitais ao redor...

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel but this was the most disappointing as far as the hotel goes. The cleanliness is questionable as a matter of fact there was dust on the nightstand in the room. We had issues with the TV not working throughout our stay, the gym, which asked us to disinfect the equipment, did not provide the products. It seems no one cleans the gym. I was there for 10 days and was the only one going to the lobby to request the cleaning products. Staff is friendly but they don’t act proactively to anticipate needs for the customers. The only thing that saved our stay is the restaurant. Wow, the restaurant is spectacular! From the maître D Everaldo who was always available and supporting the team to Venicius, Denilson , Eugênia , Camila , Kaio, Antonio ( I know I am missing a few) and all others who served us so beautifully during our stay. They are the best Teresina has to offer and certainly deserve to be recognized for excellence in service. We spent a significant amount of time in the restaurant or enjoying a meal by ourselves or with family and friends and every single time the food and the service were consistently great. Perhaps, the restaurant team can teach the hotel staff a thing or two about customer service.

Para começar, o hotel é bem localizado para quem chega de viagem pela rodoviária: é do outro lado da rua. Ponto positivo. Mas, ao adentrar nas acomodações do prédio, nota-se uma falta de organização, a cozinha é um pouco suja e escura. O quarto não tem tomada acessível para colocar carregadores de celular, exceto a tomada da tv. A maçaneta da porta estava quebrada e o quarto é muito pequeno. O banheiro dispõe de uma porta de pvc, não podendo ser trancado.
