One of the better hotels in Ternate. It was very clean, quite rare in Ternate. Blankets are duvets with covers on. Hot shower that works, toilet seats you'll be happy to sit on. Good sized bedrooms, good lighting, have windows. But the window of the single room we stayed in faces the hallway for maintenance/staff access, so privacy is a little compromised. The sheer curtain helps a little. Smoke free room. Breakfast is good with snacks and rice/noodles, vegetable stir fry, chicken dish and two choices of fruit, fresh tea and coffee. Staff are friendly and offered help with luggage. Prices for room service are reasonable. Good location for the airport and local amenities.

I stayed at the superior room with king size bed. The room was small with simple design but comfort enough and clean. Checked in was easy. Staffs were friendly and helpfull. Breakfast also good. There were many stores and restaurants near the hotel.
