ZZ AllenLoved everything about this hotel! The breakfast options were awesome. I made so many waffles :) the walking distance to town was close too. The ski resort was near my window and got to see the fireworks pretty close on New Years Eve. Super friendly staff at the desk and at the breakfast corner. The room was spacious and had a great seating area and lovely bathroom. Overall loved my stay! The parking in the front was convenient too. Free and covered. I would definitely book here again :)

PPengguna TetamuExtremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

JJeaneI've been to Jackson many, many times and have driven past this property more times than I can count. I always thought it was a tiny little place, with no real ”curb appeal,” but heading back to Jackson in the off season, for one night, I thought I'd check it out. I was very pleasantly surprised! First, they allow dogs- bonus! Secondly, its actually quite a large property with lots of amenities, AND a super cute cafe for breakfast (not included) where I was able to get a cup of overnight oats, and a chai latte for the road. The bed was very comfortable, check in was friendly and quick (much appreciated after a 500+ mile drive) and its perfectly located close to the square which is a 5 minute walk. I'll be back!

PPengguna TetamuBook a room for 5 people. Room is clean , size is comfortable for 5 people and location is good. The Inn consists of blocks with 2 storey and there is no elevator. It will be a problem if you have heavy luggages especially families travel with young children. Hence , better to indicate in your booking in your preference

PPengguna TetamuWe got to the hotel a little early n let us check in. The hotel was an ideal place to stay. The hotel was clean n the rooms were nice. The carpeting needed updating in the rooms which would make it brighter n hallway should have the carpet removed w plank flooring. Everyday around 5 they have free popcorn n tea n cookies. They had a bad rain storm n they let some of the bikers get out of the elements under the canopy. . This was very thoughtful! Yes I would stay again. Breakfast was great.

CChenHaiyanUnique experience in a Tipi tent. The restroom was just as other reviews. Only one working faucet. We arrived at 10 pm. They offered us towels,brackets, linens and bedding. But we bought our own sleeping bags. It was raining heavily that night but the inside was almost dry. We didn’t take showers. Just slept for one night and left next day at 8am. We cleaned up the linens and bought it back in office. But it was not necessary 😅I think it worthy the money. If they fixed the showers 🚿 and faucets it would be much pleasant to stay.
