We got to the hotel a little early n let us check in. The hotel was an ideal place to stay. The hotel was clean n the rooms were nice. The carpeting needed updating in the rooms which would make it brighter n hallway should have the carpet removed w plank flooring. Everyday around 5 they have free popcorn n tea n cookies. They had a bad rain storm n they let some of the bikers get out of the elements under the canopy. . This was very thoughtful! Yes I would stay again. Breakfast was great.

Book a room for 5 people. Room is clean , size is comfortable for 5 people and location is good. The Inn consists of blocks with 2 storey and there is no elevator. It will be a problem if you have heavy luggages especially families travel with young children. Hence , better to indicate in your booking in your preference

I've been to Jackson many, many times and have driven past this property more times than I can count. I always thought it was a tiny little place, with no real ”curb appeal,” but heading back to Jackson in the off season, for one night, I thought I'd check it out. I was very pleasantly surprised! First, they allow dogs- bonus! Secondly, its actually quite a large property with lots of amenities, AND a super cute cafe for breakfast (not included) where I was able to get a cup of overnight oats, and a chai latte for the road. The bed was very comfortable, check in was friendly and quick (much appreciated after a 500+ mile drive) and its perfectly located close to the square which is a 5 minute walk. I'll be back!

Unique experience in a Tipi tent. The restroom was just as other reviews. Only one working faucet. We arrived at 10 pm. They offered us towels,brackets, linens and bedding. But we bought our own sleeping bags. It was raining heavily that night but the inside was almost dry. We didn’t take showers. Just slept for one night and left next day at 8am. We cleaned up the linens and bought it back in office. But it was not necessary 😅I think it worthy the money. If they fixed the showers 🚿 and faucets it would be much pleasant to stay.

Went as family of four (kids are ages 10 and almost 9) for four nights over Indigenous People’s Day weekend, and I believe the price of the room was half of what it would have been if we traveled in August. So that’s always nice. Plus, the changing of the leaves more an already scenic place even more magical. We loved the hotel for many reasons. The room we got was big and, therefor, very comfortable. It had a great view of the ski trails / mountains. Bathroom was big with all the amenities. Huge closet for storage. Nice coffee/tea area with new boxed water supplied daily. The lobby was tastefully decorated with lots of beautiful Western-inspired art. We loved have our morning coffee/tea by the fireplace. Kids enjoyed the complimentary s’mores package. We loved pool area and hot tubs— beautiful setting among the Aspen trees which were turning bright yellow. (They were closing down the pool for the season though on our last day!) The restaurants were also both excellent. Finally, we appreciated getting use of the house car, which we used to explore the town of Jackson. I think timing our trip in early October was perfect, as it was not crowded at the hotel and made things easier for us (like use of the car). We also did the Wildlife Safari Tours of Grand Teton and Yellowstone. Booked through concierge but with an outside company. We didn’t ask for a private tour, but they were both private! Plus they were half of the cost of what the concierge was charging. This was the way to go!!

PPengguna TetamuI'd probably rate this closer to 2 stars, versus the 3 stars we were shown when booking via Amex Travel. The staff was generally polite and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was okay (nothing special). There's a lot of inconsistent information floating around the property. Like different advertised rates for underground parking on the website/mobile app/check in (is it 18 or 19 dollars?), or the info sheet says that housekeeping will come every other day by default (kind of gross)... But then you find out that they don't come *at all* unless you request it. Stuff like that. But the main detractor is the rooms. The hotel is only a few years old, but the rooms were built cheaply and they're already showing their age. Some highlights: - Terrible lighting. Some of the bulbs are comically dim, and the side of the room opposite the window is perpetually dark. As soon as I asked the front desk staff, they knew exactly what I was referring to (and sadly, said that there's nothing they can do). - Very little storage. We came to hike, take tours, do outdoor stuff, etc., which requires a lot of gear. There's one coat hanger on the wall, two undersized dresser drawers, and a very tiny closet. Nowhere to keep shoes, and most of our room was covered with clothing all week. - Uncomfortable furniture and bedding. The ”West Elm” couch is hard as a rock, while the ottoman is lighter than a cardboard box. And I've never actually had back pain after sleeping on a hotel mattress...except for this trip. - Outlets throughout the room are unusable. The plug just falls right out, as they've been so worn. Bubbling wallpaper near the window, loose or damaged fixtures, awful shower head was par for the course in this room. - Terrible infotainment options. No way to connect my phone to the TV for streaming. There were 3 TV apps... Netflix, Showtime, and YouTube...and that's it. On the 5th day, Netflix disappeared from the TV completely. The one bright part was that the 'premium' internet was decent... I don't know about the free stuff, as I long ago just quit trying to even use free hotel wifi due to awfulness. The hotel was an okay base of operations for a week, where we spent almost no time in the room. But I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others.

PPengguna TetamuHere’s our stay…..Waze was not helpful in our gps to start…..took us past the entrance at least 2 miles….. when we did find the entrance there was a lot of road construction going on so that made it difficult to find. Checked in after 3pm to friendly staff. A nice store here and a place to make trip/tour reservations. We were escorted to our site via golf cart. Our site was half of a pull thru so another rv parked behind us….so a bit tight. A bit more room on sides. We have a 24’ rv with slide outs. Full hook ups were there and accessible. A picnic bench was provided. No fires allowed (only gas portable fire pits allowed), but there is a community fire pit and a few of the cabins were allowed fires in pits. Easy access to the Snake River, which was the best part of our 2 night stay. A very rapid moving River, but great to put your feet in and watch the water move. Fly fishing was an option here. There are a few tent spots directly on the rivers edge. We did a scenic raft tour while staying here, but had to travel to downtown Jackson Hole (15 minutes away) to get to the check in area. We did laundry which is open 24/7 but only 4 washers & 4 dryers. $2 each. The gnats & mosquitoes were awful around the laundry area and got in the washer/dryer- yuck- the washers also, we’re not very clean and did not wash our clothes well at all….. Overall a very good stay with lots of staff around all the time to make sure things run smoothly.

DDaofeng006傑克遜小鎮，使我意想不到，酒店在小鎮邊緣，距離鎮中心有點距離，但是酒店裝修也秉承小鎮風格，住着非常舒適，自在。黃石玩完后，這個小鎮應該必須待幾天，美國富人的眼光還是很獨到的。順帶給大家一個建議，在西黃石玩完后，再去大提頓國家公園，裏面有個酒店，如果訂不到，就作為必去景點，一定要去看看，待一會，保證讓你過癮。

PPengguna TetamuDi Lubang Jackson, ia dianggap sebagai hotel yang sangat berpatutan. Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat bersemangat. Sarapan disajikan di restoran di sebelah hotel. Ia dikenakan bayaran. Hanya dibuka sehingga jam 2 petang. Kemudahannya agak ketinggalan zaman, tetapi ia ringkas dan bersih. wifi juga bagus. Telefon di dalam bilik tidak dapat digunakan kerana wabak, jadi saya menggunakan telefon bimbit saya untuk membuat panggilan. Ia berjarak 2 minit pemanduan dari pusat bandar dan 18 minit berjalan kaki. Ia bukan jalan raya yang sepi. Bandar ini indah, terdapat banyak makanan dan hiburan, dan mempunyai banyak sejarah.
