Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

Good location situated in central thane close to station,, ghobunder road /rmall tasty food ( breakfast) n number of variants to taste. Very attentive staff good service and best part is very neat and clean this was my second stay at satkar residency thane

Very comfortable stay at hotel satkar grande. The food served was very good. Location of hotel is in such a place wherefrom one can hire conveyance of any kind. All amenities provided were excellent. Staff was very friendly &courteous. We wish them all success in their undertaking

The hotel is really spacious and hygienic. Rooms were huge especially the super deluxe one. Also the food is super tasty. Worth the stay. Amazing
