Property - huge & luxurious location - beautiful view from the balcony, overlooking palm trees & the creek food - the buffet was tasty and lavish (veg only) amenities - good mix of modern & classic decor service - special mention for an amazing customer experience, everyone took care of us bonus - safe & comfortable toddler room

Room quality ok and also clean. Need proper training to room service and restaurant persons. Breakfast quality poor and bad staff at breakfast area.

Room was near and clean staff is good but room has maintanence issue that made me bit upset like tv wasn't working, then the exhaust fan in bathroom not working ac had no remote and so had to operate it manually but for that also temperature was broken and on and off button of ac was also not working properly. Lucky i was that it somehow got on. Or else my better half would have got a lot angry. Please maintain the room which you charge for.

Excellent is one word that sums up our stay. Right from the location to the staff to the rooms to the food. Peaceful location within the city, yet seems miles away from it. The trek organised by the hotel is truly worth it and a must do. The meals are excellent…multi course meals with different cuisines. Staff is very helpful and forever smiling. Rooms are pretty well designed. Overall the property has small design touches which truly delight. Perfect weekend retreat. The live music on Saturday nights was a great experience…the singer was excellent. Highly recommend. Will return for sure.

It was one of the most memorable of experience to have achieved from all levels be that on my personal grounds what I had been seeking towards and at the same time the amazing comfort that was provided to us by the hotel and its overall staff was altogether to another next level. I wouldn't have achieved anything better than this at any other place if I had chosen. Keep up the good work Express Inn as this is not the only time I to have come as I'll be coming in most regularly, for you'll truly touched my heart. You'll bought in the smile that I had it long missing out in my life for quite sometime. A special word of mention goes for Lax*** from the Reservation Desk who did all kinds of workability for accommodating us, though being so very hard pressed because of year end scenario. The Front Desk ***ager Ms. Lovely who ensured to give all her care and attention throughout be that on our arrival until we leaving. She ensured to not get us disappointed anywhere to the extent of even accompanying ***** with us to our room. The Bar & Beverage ***ager - Keith who ensured to release out his time for us to interact with him whenever we were around to give us the much needed solace and laughter under his care and attention. Yogesh-The Bell Boy who is such a delight to be around with who not only holds an amazing personality but is one of the most sweetest of person I having met. A rare individual to be found these days who is so gentle, polite and highly comforting. Hope he achieves much more greater success in the hospitality industry unlike to what he is currently doing out of responsibility which actually doesnot justify to his personality which is meant for him to achieve much more bigger. The overall staff of Astria the in-house Restaurant which I can't express in words to what all they did forth in order to solve off our hunger pangs when we happened to miss out on the breakfast schedule. The House-Keeping staff too was always on their toes and readily available whenever we required of anything even though a whole lot was going at the same time at the facility especially of a certain VIP event. Lastly my word of gratitude even goes for the security personnels at the gate who remain energetic and most responsible throughout to cater to our car parking worries. Always more than ready to help & assist by providing timely valet services. May God bless everyone for Express Inn to become even more valuable to what it already is

I spent the long Diwali weekend with family at Golden Toff. The resort is well maintained and the staff is polite and prompt. The food at the restaurant is tasty and well priced. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi with retro music playing in the background. Overall a memorable experience

Visited U tan resort in April 2023. Location an view is awesome. Property is well maintained and clean. Kid friendly as well. We loved the food there. The only turnoff is the smell of fish. Being close to uttan which is a fishing hub, heavy smell of fish throughout the day. While inside in the room it's ok, but when outside the fish smell stinks throughout the day..

I stayed in bike Suraj plaza Thane I got excellent service from front office team specially Mr Irfan and Aditi and vaishnavi and Rupesh entire team of front office giving me best service and all staff of hotel are very polite recommend you all to stay here.
