Stayed for 3 nights in their Grand Suite. Room was adequately sized with all amenities . Wash room too was modern and well equipped with toiletries. It is situated away from the main road and hence was quiet without traffic noise. They have a set of ladies in house keeping who were super efficient in cleaning and making up the room. They have a restaurant attached, serving breakfast which is with a reasonable spread of South Indian dishes and filter coffee. The people there as well as at the front office were are friendly. Special appreciation to Vasantha Krishnan who not only attended to some minor problems we faced but also followed up after our check-out to know whether we were comfortable in their hotel. Their willingness to understand any issues and giving immediate attention is highly appreciated. While the hotel is not a big property, their biggest asset is the people working there. A small boutique hotel near the highway, a little distance from the city. My initial impression upon reaching the hotel was one of doubt, given ongoing roadwork and a dusty first entrance. However, to my surprise, the suite room was relatively spacious for three people, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was satisfactory, there were only 24-hour hot water. The breakfast offered was excellent, although not very varied. The customer service was overall excellent. I would recommend Malaysian budget travelers to consider staying here.
