The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. Stepping into our suite, we were greeted by spacious elegance and panoramic views of the beach and lagoon. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor, exuded luxury and comfort. The grounds of the Hilton Waikoloa Village are a true testament to paradise. Meticulously maintained gardens, winding pathways, and cascading waterfalls create an oasis of serenity amidst the lush landscape. We spent hours exploring the resort, discovering hidden gems around every corner. Whether lounging by the pool, strolling along the sandy shores, or indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment, every moment was a blissful escape from reality. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. 房間乾淨，看的出老舊，不過應該裝修過，還不錯。桌子較少，沒有秤。又是典型的美國式被單套法，露出的被子很噁心。 隔音很差，別人講電話、關門聲音、走廊聲音一清二楚，更別提酒店工作日裝修電鑽！ 停車免費。 beach bar的調酒和餐都很不錯，服務也好。但是！browns的reception態度惡劣！ 前台服務可以説沒有，要死不活的，什麼有效訊息都不説，問就是不知道。

房間比預期小 前台說網上顯示的麪積是加上了陽台的麪積。 小童俱樂部5歲以上才能託管 活動房間也沒有四季的大。 沙灘有很多石頭，不細膩 根本下不去腳， 但是酒店的view還是很美的 感覺比四季的景色更豐富一些。 Concierge的Kalei很貼心，幫我們聯繫租車行直接把車開到了酒店。 總得來說

Our holiday at the Four Seasons Hualalai was simply perfect. The resort is a dream, you feel like you're in paradise in this well-kept tropical setting. The staff are exceptionally nice, the food in all the restaurants is excellent, and the sports facilities, such as the fitness centre and semi-olympic pool, are top-notch.

Kristy, the pre-arrival ambassador, is the reason our stay was so memorable! She had emailed me prior to our stay to ask if I had any requests. I mentioned my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. I also mentioned that we were staying 3 nights total. The first 2 nights were under my name and the last night under my wife's name due to a free night award that she had in her Marriott Bonvoy account. I have Platinum elite status and one of the perks is complimentary breakfast for 2 each morning. I asked if she could extend the breakfast benefit to the 3rd night under my wife's name. She had no problem doing that even though Bonvoy rules say the hotel is not required to do that. I had also asked Kristy if we could stay in the same room for all 3 nights. I had been upgraded to a Na Hale wing room for the 2 nights under my name due to Suite Night Awards that I used. Kristy was able to get us to stay in the same upgraded room for the 3rd night under my wife's name for no additional charge. That was really nice. She went above and beyond. At check-in I was surprised that Kristy personally met my wife and I and walked us to our room. She also provided us with some cookies as a gift for our anniversary. She seems to care about her job and is the reason I'm writing this review. The 2nd floor room we had in the Na Hale wing was very nice. The Na Hale wing is a separate small building closer to the ocean with 14 rooms The bathroom was huge with 2 sinks and a LARGE walk in shower. We had a balcony looking at the fish pond and ocean. It was beautiful! Be aware that there is no elevator in the Na Hale wing, but that was not an issue for us. We ate the continental breakfast buffet each morning which was included for being a Platinum Bonvoy member. There was a $12/person upcharge for the full breakfast, but the continental breakfast was more than sufficient. The continental breakfast had fruits, breads, and pastries. It even included hot items such as waffles, pancakes, and one meat. BE AWARE that the breakfast area is outdoors and the birds are not afraid of people. They will fly on your table and eat your food if you aren't careful. Don't leave the table unattended with food on it. The downside to everything is the $30 resort fee. I absolutely hate resort fees and find them to be an easy way for hotels to get extra revenue. It did include a list of things including daily activities and 2 drinks. I knew of the resort fee beforehand, so it was no surprise. Overall a great stay and we would come back. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Kona on our 4th night and it wasn't comparable. The Waikoloa Beach location of the Marriott is much better than being in Kona.

Family of 4. Stayed in the cabins for 2 nights. It was such an amazing camping experience! Having the amenities of the main hotel a 6 minute drive away was fantastic. We’re were on a time change so we were up very early and went to the hotel to watch the glow of the volcano and have complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the mornings before the sun came up. The beds in the cabins were comfy. For a camping cabin the cabin was really clean. The blankets were clean and warm. The Cain is a great set up for a family with 2 kids. Tips- it got cold at night, there was no heater in the cabinso dress accordingly. It is in a rain forest and would randomly rain with really pretty sun showers so be prepared. To get firewood go into Volcano to Tru value and get proper wood, the wood around the cabins and from the wood guy is wet and hard to burn. The hotel will give you bags of ice to put in your cooler. One of the benefits of staying here is beating the rush to the most popular hikes! We are so happy we stayed here, a fun adventure for us all.

酒店環境極好。背靠山，面朝大海。配套有網球場和高爾夫球場都是無敵海景。餐廳全部面海，風景怡人。 酒店是內部開放式結構，四面有景。庭院裝修東方風格。 訂的海濱房，可看巨浪拍岸，日出日落都可在陽台上欣賞。房間裝修設施都很棒。就是面積略小。 自助早餐價格不便宜，但品質很好。 酒店禮賓部有很多活動預訂，但是第一次到大島，基本在外面看景點，徒步。沒有參加，很遺憾。第一次看到酒店的運動單車就在面朝大海的大廳裏 這是一個非常完美的五星度假酒店。尤其適合泡酒店，打高爾夫，網球，參加各種出海運動。

The room was big enough for a group of 5 people and equipped with all the kitchen stuff needed for us to prepare quick meals after long days. Ocean Club was nice. I loved the gym right in front of the ocean, which made me feel like running on heaven. There were also beach gears and collapsible chairs, but we knew them stored in storage outside the door on the checkout. Beach towels are provided to guests at the office. There was no housekeeping during my stay of 3 nights. I had to vacuum by myself. 2 cocktoaches came inside the room on the first night, and their dried parts were founded beneath the sofa, but we took care of them. It was okay. Except some minors. I enjoyed staying at Hali'i Kai.staffI met were all kind and sweet. Thanks. I would stay here again if I come visit Bigisland.

두번째 재방문이었는데도 역시나 실망하지 않는 편안한 숙소였고 위치는 조금 동떨어져 있으나 자연과 해변을 느끼며 온전히 호캉스 할수있는 훌륭한 리조트 였습니다 사전 리퀘스트 메일에 대한 성실한 답변과 고객의 요구에 최대한 맞춰주려고 노력하는 front office manager Daniel에게 감사드리며 호텔의 서비스가 만족스러웠습니다 넓은 객실과 발코니 그리고 깨끗히 리노베이션된 욕실은 쾌적했고 발코니에서 보이는 오션뷰도 아름다웠습니다 침대또한 편안하게 취침할수있는 좋은 컨디션이었고 조용한 수영장에서 휴식을 취할수있고 부대시설들과 식당도 만족스러워 다시 재방문 하고 싶은 편안하고 좋은 리조트임에 적극 추천합니다 도보 20분인 옆의 같은 계열인 마누아케아 리조트도 방문하면 다양한 분위기와 시설을 이용하며 재미를 느낄수있어 좋습니다
