As I was on a business travel I cared only about quiet room to recover, the receptionist fulfilled my request and even more, I got an option of a late checkout at no extra cost. The breakfas was very good, the onle thing I was disappointex with was the drinks from sirup callex juices (in Greece!). Overally I am very happy with my stay, altough redecoration that takes place around the lobby area gives an odd first impression :)

Beautiful modern hotel with expansive designed spaces. The welcome from reception was warm and genuine and we were instantly advised that we had been given a room upgrade to a suite. We arrived late from the airport and were glad to be told that food was still available in one of the bars. The food was fabulous and fresh and somewhat reasonably priced I felt for the standard of hotel. All staff from reception to bar to house keeping were friendly and helpful and made our short stay memorable. I will definitely return any time I am I the Thessaloniki area.

Staff were charming and helpful. I was in town for business. The hotel decor is very artistic with much emphasis on classic Greek style sculpture, including naked women mainly. Art is in the form of paintings and statues. One morning in the corridor outside my room I heard a dramatic lady very obviously having sex in loud Hollywood style in an adjacent room. Rooms are quiet and I never heard inappropriate noise from within my room. Searching hotel reviews, I found other reports of hotel guests hearing noisy females having intercourse. Guests I saw looked like pleasant average persons and couples to me. I guess lovers and honeymooners were the noise makers. I will stay at the hotel again if I visit Thessaloniki again. I like the smaller more intimate size of the boutique-like hotel. Many good restaurants are nearby.

the service was okay. the people working in the hotel very kind and helpful . But , the hotel needs restoration . looks quite old, and dark. some things are broken etc . i stayed in this hotel also 2013 ... now it lookes much older and not so well maintained . Also the music in the breakfast room was too loud and not agreable stile for starting the day i would prefer something calmer . The breakfast was in general okay exept that i would prefer some more local , original Greek cheeses not these ordinary packed cheeses that are not Greek . Althought this horel is in best area , very central and the working people are very kind it has a dark impression to me , i would prefer to lighten up a bit the colours in the corridors to lift up the spirit . in the night there was also a lot of noise from some foreign customers and that was quite annoying . It’s a very functional, well located central large hotel, clean enough and secure. The rooms were clean, but basic, with very little decor (bizarrely a picture on the wall from Ironbridge UK). The air con in the rooms was underpowered. Rooms were quiet. Some basics needed to lift it to a 4 star (5 is out of reach) like attention to minor details - the air con remote control was very clearly broken in arrival - needed replacement, the rooms safes (x2) were both locked on arrival, and we had a number of trips to reception for replacement keys as the doors were temperamental. Lighting throughout the hotel corridors was very obviously of the energy saving variety, but done in an unimaginative prison-block style. Gym access was via escort from reception; the gym was small, extremely stuffy and hot and with woefully underpowered ventilation / air con. Top floor pool was small but pleasant, but they need to reconsider the shade options. Food and drink ok.

This is a lovely traditional hotel in a great location all the staff are very friendly and welcoming...the room was spotlessly clean.. towels changed daily and bedding changed even though I was only there a few nights. Dimitris and Stefanos were always willing to chat offering very helpfuln advice on how to navigate the city to visit the many beautiful churches and places of historical interest...I would certainly return to this beautiful vibrant city and most definitely stay at this hotel again..

Lovely hotel, fantastic location! The hotel was very comfortable, the staff extremely friendly, helpful and eager to please. Any request was responded to immediately. Lots of little creature comforts. The room was spacious, the bathroom, albeit not appropriate for people that guard their privacy, was well-equipped. The location was walking distance to almost every site we wanted to see, every restaurant we visited, shopping, etc.

L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione a Salonicco, a metà tra la parte più turistica e quella più commerciale, facilmente raggiungibile, in una strada tranquilla. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose, tuttavia lo stile è piuttosto datato, non nel senso di rovinato ma necessita proprio di un ammodernamento nello stile, in particolare il letto e la biancheria da letto non sono decisamente al livello di un 4 stelle, semmai di un residence turistico. Le finestre sono poco isolanti ed il condizionatore molto rumoroso ma per noi non è stato un problema, tutto sommato la zona tranquilla non fa arrivare rumori eccessivi. Purtroppo il punto negativo da segnalare è la pulizia (iniziale) della camera, penso non venisse usata da un po' infatti c'era uno strato di polvere sulle superfici che mi ha dato qualche difficoltà essendo allergico, con la pulizia quotidiana la situazione è tornata nella normalità. Punto a favore invece la disponibilità ad un late check-out. Colazione ben fornita e variegata, di qualità media, ottimi i dolci locali, meno fragranti i croissant, ma nel complesso una buona colazione. Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono.

Located about 20 minutes walk from the city centre and near a shopping mall. This place was well located. However, on our first night we struggled to sleep with a large amount of school children staying there were screaming throughout the hotel until early morning hours. Despite this, reception staff were great, kind, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety between hot foods and salad items.

I'm just writing to say how much we enjoyed staying in your hotel! The hotel is kept very clean and all staff is incredibly friendly! The room we stayed in was very nice as well. Breakfast was also lovely! Also the perfect location to explore the city. Make sure to visit the Aristotelous Square, the Terkenlis bakery (it is quite close to the hotel and they sell these amazing Greek brioches called Tsoureki and they are a must try) and any of the quaint bars close to the hotel. I definitely recommend it!!!

Μου δόθηκε δώρο ένα 10 λεπτό μασάζ καλωσορίσματος, το οποίο ήταν καταπληκτικό. Ο Δημητρης που μου έκανε το μασάζ, με ξενάγησε στο χώρο του σπα, τον οποίο απόλαυσα και μου πρότεινε μια θεραπεία προσώπου, την οποία έκανα την επόμενη ημέρα και πραγματικά ήταν καταπληκτική. Το πρωινό επαρκές. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό. Η διαμονή μου στη Θεσσαλονίκη ομόρφυνε με την παραμονή μου σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο.

Very central location. From the airport bus stop ”Plateia Aristotelous” on Egnatia street next to the Bey Hamam it's just a 400 metre walk ever so slightly uphill that's easily navigable with a wheeled suitcase. Some of the upper-floor rooms have views of the Roman Agora archaeological site. We had a wonderful stay here. We first were on the upper floor but since there is no lift this became a bit burdensome. But the staff couldn't have been more helpful in finding us a different room for the rest of our stay and even carried our suitcases up and down the stairs for us. Even though the room was overlooking a cocktail bar we didn't have any major noise issues. All the staff members we interacted with were always helpful with smiles on their faces, providing us with great information and insight, and finally arranging for a taxi to the airport. Top tip: when you exit the hotel, turn right and walk uphill on that little street. At the top, turn right again and you'll find bakery Sarantis that sells excellent tiropitas and baklavas, perfect for breakfast.

I'm just writing to say how much we enjoyed staying in your hotel! The hotel is kept very clean and all staff is incredibly friendly! The room we stayed in was very nice as well. Breakfast was also lovely! Also the perfect location to explore the city. Make sure to visit the Aristotelous Square, the Terkenlis bakery (it is quite close to the hotel and they sell these amazing Greek brioches called Tsoureki and they are a must try) and any of the quaint bars close to the hotel. I definitely recommend it!!!

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes from the White Tower. Our room was a good size and very clean. However there was no where to put a large suitcase. The shelf where a suitcase could have been put was blocked off by a full length mirror. Whilst a full length mirror is great it is a real shame they have chosen to effectively limit the use of the shelving. We put one suitcase on the desk and had to have the other one on the floor. There was also a faint smell of food in the room. We noticed that the cleaners always left a window in the room ajar and wondered if this was to try and get rid of the food smell. The bathroom was also an OK size but unfortunately it was impossible to have a shower without wetting the bathroom floor. They have an agreement with a local car park operator and we parked our car there. When we first saw the car park we were a bit hesitant. We had to drive the car onto a circular disk and the car disappeared down an elevator. We had never experienced a car park like this but it did all work OK. I had asked for the price of parking when I first booked and I was told it would be 10€. When we arrived it was 13€. I appreciate things do increase but it would have been considerate if they had said this rather than just say it’s 13€. We had intended to take the breakfast option but when we saw the room and spoke to the staff we decided against this for the following reasons: 1. There was no table and chairs in the room to eat breakfast. We would have had to balance it on our lap on the bed. 2. The earliest time we could get breakfast was 8.30am. We wanted to be out and about by this time. 3. We were concerned that the hot food would not be hot by the time we received it. To be perfectly honest we are simply amazed that a 4 star hotel would expect people to eat breakfast on their laps. The female who checked us in gave us a lot of information. In fact, so much that it was overwhelming. We would have preferred detailed information about fewer things. The gentleman who was there when we were settling our bill (the evening before we checked out) gave us good information about leaving the car park. He understood the need for detailed information. I booked this hotel almost 5 months prior to our stay. Just over 2 months before our stay I emailed the hotel to notify them that the credit card I had used to confirm the booking had been compromised and cancelled by the bank and was there a secure way I could update the credit card. They had no options. I ended up cancelling the booking and rebooking. Thankfully the rate was still the same. Whilst I understand their need for a credit card I did not receive such an unhelpful response from any other hotel. We are away for about 2 months and have just over 20 bookings. With some other hotels I could update the details securely online, some phoned me via WhatsApp, some phoned me at home prior to leaving and almost half were ha

I visited the hotel in March 2020 and stayed for one night. As I was looking for a budget hotel I choose Pella, because of its central location. Overall my experience was good and I have to say it was relatively good value for the money. As I was not expecting something special I won't mention the size and the furniture in the room, but I have to say the bath was really tight. Wi-Fi was fair and I had not problems connecting. The people working on the front desk are helpful, when approached. The location is more then perfect. Now the bed thing about the hotel is that you can hear what is going on in the near rooms and it is somewhat annoying and disturbing. I had the feeling, that the hotel isn't very safe with all the screaming and yelling all around my room. Overall, if you don't have a lot of money and want to stay in a central hotel, this hotel is not a bad choice. I will give 4 stars, because of the location and prices.

Staff were charming and helpful. I was in town for business. The hotel decor is very artistic with much emphasis on classic Greek style sculpture, including naked women mainly. Art is in the form of paintings and statues. One morning in the corridor outside my room I heard a dramatic lady very obviously having sex in loud Hollywood style in an adjacent room. Rooms are quiet and I never heard inappropriate noise from within my room. Searching hotel reviews, I found other reports of hotel guests hearing noisy females having intercourse. Guests I saw looked like pleasant average persons and couples to me. I guess lovers and honeymooners were the noise makers. I will stay at the hotel again if I visit Thessaloniki again. I like the smaller more intimate size of the boutique-like hotel. Many good restaurants are nearby.

The Elisabeth is a very new and very chic hotel in an area of Thessaloniki where most hotels are quite old and show it. Although not the easiest to find, it has a very good location from where you can walk to most places within old Thessaloniki. There are also tons of good restaurants within a few block radius. The included breakfast is very good with the ability to order omelettes and other egg dishes to go with the many items from the buffet. The rooms are done in white and it does work. Bathrooms are all marble and very modern. I suspect the prices for this place will rise rapidly as its reputation spreads. Right now it's a bargain.

We have spent some nights in this beautiful hotel . Our room was the biggest and brightest ever . Cleaning perfect . So near the major eating pedestrian area of Katouni . Staff at reception were so lovely and cheerful . Stergios. Alexandra. Anastasia were great . Our room was in the quiet area at the back . Breakfast perfect for Irish people . It’s a very functional, well located central large hotel, clean enough and secure. The rooms were clean, but basic, with very little decor (bizarrely a picture on the wall from Ironbridge UK). The air con in the rooms was underpowered. Rooms were quiet. Some basics needed to lift it to a 4 star (5 is out of reach) like attention to minor details - the air con remote control was very clearly broken in arrival - needed replacement, the rooms safes (x2) were both locked on arrival, and we had a number of trips to reception for replacement keys as the doors were temperamental. Lighting throughout the hotel corridors was very obviously of the energy saving variety, but done in an unimaginative prison-block style. Gym access was via escort from reception; the gym was small, extremely stuffy and hot and with woefully underpowered ventilation / air con. Top floor pool was small but pleasant, but they need to reconsider the shade options. Food and drink ok.
