Hotel berhampiran Navarinou Square, Thessaloniki

Very good hotel. It was a great experience. We got a free upgrade to a higher class room. The room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning and tv functioned correctly. Breakfast was fulfilling for its price. P.S. The personnel of the hotel even prepared breakfast for us because of our early check-out.

I checked in a day late because my flights were canceled. Only to walk into a room that was NOT what I booked. I went down to see the guy at the front desk and he seemed annoyed that I wasn't happy. He reluctantly gave me another room, it was so hot in the room, you couldn't breathe. So I turned on the AC and went out for an hour to eat, when I came back it felt hotter. So again I called the guy to tell him that the AC wasn't working and that's when he told me that it is winter time in Greece and that the AC was closed, it was 29 degrees that day. Just sitting in my room I was dripping in sweat. There was nothing I could do. I went online and found another hotel and checked out in the morning. I paid $400cdn to sleep in a sauna. It was the worst experience in a hotel on my life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

The hotel is centrally located. A white tower is within 10 minutes walk. It is a must for tourists to visit. It will give you an overlook over the coast of thessaloniki.

Location is wonderful, walking to many sites, 15 min to sea side, Aristotle Sq. Clean and new premises. Service friendly, willing to find solutions to requests. For my breakfast of Non Gluten, No Lactose, the dining room hostess offered Rice milk, and told the kitchen. Each day the kitchen cook came out with my omelet and Gluten Free bread. The Roof offers a charming calming venue, hostess knowledgeable in Tourism, helpful for touring advise. Reception staff were always assisting in logistics. Interesting Smart hotel, value for price

Its location, albeit not with a great view and quite noisy, was very convenient and easy to connect to the rest of the city-centre, because of the public transport stops nearby. The room was spotless and the house-keeping was excellent. The only issue with the room was its not having hot water all the time and the WiFi being unstable, at times. The breakfast was quite good and offered plenty of options; the dining hall was beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful and provided an understanding listening ear for any issues there might had been. The reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is that I would prefer that there were more languages spoken in the hotel, to make it more accessible. A couple of miles walk from the centre of Thessaloniki, but an easy walk. Can get a parking space outside, but traffic is mental and can take you ages getting in and out of the city. When walking to Thessaloniki centre you walk past what seems the immigrant centre of Greece which can be a bit intimidating but I was fine. Receptionist was amazing and upgraded my room for free. Breakfast wasreally bad, never had such bad food but what do u expect for the price I paid. I’d stay here again if I was visiting Thessaloniki but If your looking for luxury or anything 3* and up, this isn’t it 😂

Good points: Staff were all exceptional - everyone was lovely and helpful and extremely patient. We particularly liked how Nicoletta treated us throughout our stay. All staff were so kind and friendly. Early check in - we were so grateful at being allowed to check in early and to be given water and tea while waiting for a room. Late check out - we were very happy to be allowed to check out at 13:05 (Anastasia gave us an extra 5 minutes!). Rooms: Size was really good and kept very clean. Developmental points: Breakfast: we found the food didn't have any variation throughout our stay and the quality of it wasn't what we had expected for a 5 star hotel - we were really disappointed. My daughter would only eat white bread (if it was available) so we'd resort to visiting another cafe for breakfast later in the morning. Rooms: Although the size of rooms was great, the rooms were very tired and in no way represented a 5-star stay. Shower room was unsatisfactory (difficult to get hot water, for example), soundproofing was poor, despite asking 3 times, room lighting was only partially fixed. Noise: On the first night, we really struggled to sleep due to poor soundproofing due to the room being connecting to another room. Thankfully Anastasia addressed this and we moved to another room which was a little better. Late check out: We would have been more appreciative for a later check out or at least adequate facilities to allow a shower etc - the outdoor shower doesn't work properly and is not 5 star standard for guests to use while changing. So, overall, I was disappointed with the stay, although happy to meet some lovely people who work there.

The staff at the hotel are first class. Very welcoming, approachable, professional and friendly. Always there when you need something. You could feel the strong bonds between the hotel staff, like a family. The panoramic view of Thessaloniki from the hotel is simple stunning and I was very much enthralled by it. You can see from the airport on the left, all the way over to the city centre on the right. And on a clear day you can see Mt. Olympus in the distance. The rooms were well furnished and the hotel was decorated for Greek Easter, with some unexpected Easter treats in the room when we arrived. I also loved the collection of team memorabilia, who have stayed in the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay again. In fact would visit Thessaloniki just to stay in the hotel again!

Сам отель хороший, большой и чистый номер. Персонал оставляет неприятное впечатление, не приятно общаться. Во время check-in я просил организовать трансфер в аэропорт рано утром. Когда пришел утром, выяснилось, что трансфер не организован. Сотрудники даже не извинились, сделали вид что «я не бронировал трансфер». Про клиент всегда прав видимо не слышали
