Eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista, tra passi dal lungomare e pochissimo alla Torre Bianca, centralissimo, struttura nuova e bellissima, camere ampie, due ascensori, personale più che gentile e disponibile (mi hanno stampato biglietti aerei di ritorno e chiamato un taxi per andare a visitare un sito, qualcuno parla anche italiano. Garage vicinissimo, non è dell'hotel ma volendo chiamano loro per prenotarlo. Mi hanno assegnato una junior suite anche se con booking.com avevo prenotato una superior) gesto molto gradito. La camera superaccessoriata, pulitissima. Letti molto confortevoli con doppio cuscino. Aria condizionata già accesa, quindi camera fresca al nostro arrivo Bagno con doccia, accappatoi, ciabattine, erogatori saponi di due diverse qualità. Purtroppo manca il bidet. Piano lavabo ampio, ma non si sa dove appoggiare le salviette usate. Colazione: non tanti prodotti ma di ottima qualità, portano loro bevande calde. Non ho trovato una sala lettura. Il bar e il ristorante accanto, aperto anche agli esterni. Superconsigliato

Just back from a most enjoyable and restorative holiday at the Electra Palace. As everyone has already said, it is very well situated being right in the heart of everything, overlooking both the main square and the main street. Despite premature concerns , my stay was not in any way ruined by loud music or or boisterous people. My room had a fantastic view of the bay as well and a small balcony on which I sat and watched the world - and the ships - go by. The room had everything you would want need -the bed was very comfortable and there was enough room space, storage and a really good amount of lighting, something that is often lacking in hotels today. The controls on the air conditioning worked brilliantly, better than I've experienced elsewhere. The bathroom was spacious, again with everything necessary. The cleaning staff were very good, most accommodating and only coming in to clean when it suited me, always with a smile ! Breakfast also goes on on till a civilised 10:30 AM. It was great being a city hotel but also be able to relax and have a real holiday doing what you want when you want to do it without being tied down by hotel rules . And you can do that here. But if you are looking for a holiday hotel with a big pool where you can swim and lounge all day long as one does in a resort hotel, I don't think it would work for you as the area around the pool is very limiting. We had access to the executive lounge which is very spacious but is still a new concept and not yet quite what an executive lounge should be. Meanwhile I met with the F OB manager and trust it will soon mature into something better. What made it the best ever was the hotel staff they are so willing to please, very respectful and always doing what they can with a nice smile and a good word (other countries where sometimes 'attitude ' prevails need to take note!!) All in all heartily recommended.

This hotel is so clean and friendly. The rooms are small but oh the beds!! So comfy i didnt want to get up. The bathrooms are also small and not a lot of room to move about but adequate for one :) the room was made up every day. We had a balcony that again small but adequate for 2 to sit out on. This is a city break hotel. There are no beaches near by, it would be 35 mins in a car to the nearest. We spend 6 nights here. We found a lovely place called the AVENUE by the umbrellas design. It had amble seating outside and was very popular by locals. It overlooked the sea, we recommend going here if you want to relax. The breakfast was continental with some hot food but not much, scrambled egg and mini sausages. There was no toast !! The breakfast choice for us was a little disappointing so we did not go on 3 days of our stay. For those who like to have a kettle, bring your own as there is no room facilities. Luckily mum had bought her travel one and tea bags !! There is a small fridge in the room too. We had a comfortable stay here and walked so much as there is a lot to see here. Restaurants are plentiful nearby, just across the road 20 steps away is a fab restaurant Kanoula that was perfect.

Location is wonderful, walking to many sites, 15 min to sea side, Aristotle Sq. Clean and new premises. Service friendly, willing to find solutions to requests. For my breakfast of Non Gluten, No Lactose, the dining room hostess offered Rice milk, and told the kitchen. Each day the kitchen cook came out with my omelet and Gluten Free bread. The Roof offers a charming calming venue, hostess knowledgeable in Tourism, helpful for touring advise. Reception staff were always assisting in logistics. Interesting Smart hotel, value for price

Its location, albeit not with a great view and quite noisy, was very convenient and easy to connect to the rest of the city-centre, because of the public transport stops nearby. The room was spotless and the house-keeping was excellent. The only issue with the room was its not having hot water all the time and the WiFi being unstable, at times. The breakfast was quite good and offered plenty of options; the dining hall was beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful and provided an understanding listening ear for any issues there might had been. The reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is that I would prefer that there were more languages spoken in the hotel, to make it more accessible. Nice hotel but start to need some renovations... the jacuzzi is not warm and the service is terrible : 40 minutes for room service to bring an empty glass, 45mins to bring a wine opener, 35 for an ice cream by the swimming pool (and we were less than 10 customers). And avoid the bar, cocktails are a shame. It s really sad for a hotel of that standing. The building and room are really nice and comfortable. Free shuttle for the center is really convenient. We had a nice stay as long as we did not need the services. And breakfast is truly amazing.

We needed 2 hotel rooms for one night In Thessaloniki close to the airport to catch a morning plane as we were returning from Thassos on the way to the UK. Rotonda was very affordable, easy parking and had really nice, clean and comfortable rooms with everything working. Very nice breakfast and breakfast area. The staff were very nice practical and helpful. The area is quiet so we got a good nights sleep. Cannot recommend more given the market positioning and price.

ΓΓΕΩΡΓΙΑΤο ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην πιο κεντρική τοποθεσία στην Εγνατία στο ύψος της Αριστοτελους. Παρόλα αυτά έχει παρά πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση και ο υπνος ειναι σαν να κοιμασαι στην εξοχή. Όλα ήταν στα πόδια σου. Το δωμάτιο ήταν το 104 σουίτα. Ήταν παρά πολύ άνετο, καθαρό και μοντέρνο, με γεμάτο minibar και πολλά είδη μπάνιου. Μου δόθηκε δώρο ένα 10 λεπτό μασάζ καλωσορίσματος, το οποίο ήταν καταπληκτικό. Ο Δημητρης που μου έκανε το μασάζ, με ξενάγησε στο χώρο του σπα, τον οποίο απόλαυσα και μου πρότεινε μια θεραπεία προσώπου, την οποία έκανα την επόμενη ημέρα και πραγματικά ήταν καταπληκτική. Το πρωινό επαρκές. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό. Η διαμονή μου στη Θεσσαλονίκη ομόρφυνε με την παραμονή μου σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο.

PPengguna TetamuAs I was on a business travel I cared only about quiet room to recover, the receptionist fulfilled my request and even more, I got an option of a late checkout at no extra cost. The breakfas was very good, the onle thing I was disappointex with was the drinks from sirup callex juices (in Greece!). Overally I am very happy with my stay, altough redecoration that takes place around the lobby area gives an odd first impression :)

PPengguna TetamuΕπισκεφθήκαμε το urban donkey 27-30 Οκτωβρίου. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο για 4μελή οικογένεια ! μάλιστα η πολύ μοντέρνα και έξυπνη κατασκευή της κουκέττας έδινε στα παιδιά την απαραίτητη ιδιωτικότητα. το προσωπικό στην reception εξαιρετικό όπως και η κυρία του καθαρισμού που πρέπει να αναφερθώ. Πολύ ευγενική χειρονομία τα νεράκια και τα ροφήματα + σοκολατάκια για τους φιλοξενούμενους. το parking δεν με δυσκόλεψε ιδιαίτερα σε σύγκριση με το χάλι της Θεσσαλονίκης - ωστόσο θα πρέπει να προβλεφθεί 1 θέση για άφιξη αναχώρηση επισκεπτών.

PPengguna Tetamuthe service was okay. the people working in the hotel very kind and helpful . But , the hotel needs restoration . looks quite old, and dark. some things are broken etc . i stayed in this hotel also 2013 ... now it lookes much older and not so well maintained . Also the music in the breakfast room was too loud and not agreable stile for starting the day i would prefer something calmer . The breakfast was in general okay exept that i would prefer some more local , original Greek cheeses not these ordinary packed cheeses that are not Greek . Althought this horel is in best area , very central and the working people are very kind it has a dark impression to me , i would prefer to lighten up a bit the colours in the corridors to lift up the spirit . in the night there was also a lot of noise from some foreign customers and that was quite annoying . Thank you

AAishaI stayed here in October, and the weather was beautiful. I took one bus from the airport straight to the hotel and it was fast and easy to local. It's located about 10 - 15mins walk to the white tower and sea side. You can see the port and the cruise boat docking from the sea view. There are lots of places to eat. Room size OK, shower cubicle is very small No kettle in room for tea and it not free when you order in the hotel for a night cap. Breakfast is good not of option but good. It would be nice to visit in summer with kids.

This is a lovely traditional hotel in a great location all the staff are very friendly and welcoming...the room was spotlessly clean.. towels changed daily and bedding changed even though I was only there a few nights. Dimitris and Stefanos were always willing to chat offering very helpfuln advice on how to navigate the city to visit the many beautiful churches and places of historical interest...I would certainly return to this beautiful vibrant city and most definitely stay at this hotel again..

I checked in a day late because my flights were canceled. Only to walk into a room that was NOT what I booked. I went down to see the guy at the front desk and he seemed annoyed that I wasn't happy. He reluctantly gave me another room, it was so hot in the room, you couldn't breathe. So I turned on the AC and went out for an hour to eat, when I came back it felt hotter. So again I called the guy to tell him that the AC wasn't working and that's when he told me that it is winter time in Greece and that the AC was closed, it was 29 degrees that day. Just sitting in my room I was dripping in sweat. There was nothing I could do. I went online and found another hotel and checked out in the morning. I paid $400cdn to sleep in a sauna. It was the worst experience in a hotel on my life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

PPengguna TetamuStaff were charming and helpful. I was in town for business. The hotel decor is very artistic with much emphasis on classic Greek style sculpture, including naked women mainly. Art is in the form of paintings and statues. One morning in the corridor outside my room I heard a dramatic lady very obviously having sex in loud Hollywood style in an adjacent room. Rooms are quiet and I never heard inappropriate noise from within my room. Searching hotel reviews, I found other reports of hotel guests hearing noisy females having intercourse. Guests I saw looked like pleasant average persons and couples to me. I guess lovers and honeymooners were the noise makers. I will stay at the hotel again if I visit Thessaloniki again. I like the smaller more intimate size of the boutique-like hotel. Many good restaurants are nearby.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at this hostel many times and will definitely come back! The hostel has a relaxed and cozy atmosphere that you will feel right at home in. The owner, Kostas, is so welcoming and friendly as he will give you great information about Thessaloniki and its local history. He will also give you great advise on the rest of your travels around Greece! The staff are always fantastic and so friendly that you will feel very welcomed. The dorms are perfect and new mattresses have been put in which is a bonus. The area of the hostel is great as it is in the quiet old town but just a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The private rooms also have an amazing view of the sea and city. Overall, I could not recommend a better hostel to stay in :)
