I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Had a very experience staying at this hotel which is centrally located in city centre. Mr. Thilak GM was very kind enough to offer me the best possible rates. They have a cozy bar with good selections of drinks. The food served is very tasty. Staff members are very courteous and helpful. Overall a very satisfying stay experience.

We, myself and son came to thiruvananthapuram to attend a bank exam on 10th october. The hotel is situated in the central place. It is very compact and nearby veg hotel anna bhavan is comfortable with veg food items. The counter staff are very helpful. And room service is also good. We can have coffee/at the hotel. Only minus point is bathroom is small. Overall it is a comfortable stay. Neat and clean.

Good day dear reader friends I am Sunil Kalia from Mumbai On 19June 2024 it was my birth day ***** with Rahul Gandhi Hence I decided to celebrate it with my wife and son Accordingly family decided to move out of Mumbai for birthday celebrations we planed to fly by Indigo airlines to THIRUVANANTHPURAM NOW searched for hotel for stay through Make my trip app and THE SOUTH PARK 5 STAR property was recommended we booked our 3 days stay 2 rooms check in 19 June and check out 22 June (MAP) with breakfast and dinner On our arrival at the hotel for check in on 19 June the front office gave us warm welcome without taking much of time we were allotted room nom 405 and 419 on forth floor both rooms facing swimming pool and Mahatma Gandhi road Both our rooms were elegantly designed to provide all needs of guest now in our room the very first person from hotel side who came for our welcome was LEKHI mam from housekeeping team she was very polite and assured to take very good care of us during our stay In the night we approached regency restaurant for our dinner again Mr VIKAS chef came to meet and greet us and assured all sort of service we had great spread out of food in buffet dinner every thing was value for money next morning before breakfast Mr Suresh heading team house keeping came to our room for greeting us i requested him to kindly introduce me to hotel General Manager. To my surprise within few minutes Shri BIJOY sir hotel General Manager personally came to our room. I shared my grievance with him and all my issues was solved with in no time apart above all meeting Shri BIJOY sir was great experience he is Gem of *** he gave warm send off during our check out based on my above personal experience readers looking for hotel for their stay at Thiruvananthapuram may consider hotel THE SOUTH PARK a great place to stay with family in the care of Bijoy sir

Let's start with this place point by point date of visit (7 may to 8 may) 1- reached the hotel little early around 8.30 am. The assistant manager (Mahesh) said he will try to give the room by 11 after confirming with the manager (who refused to share his name but has worked for 11 years in Hospitality in Colaba, Mumbai) The manager refused and asked for additional amount. Which I understand must be the policy. But the arrogance of the manager is hard to miss 2- the room was filled with mosquitos. There was no Soap. The Linen was untidy 3- the Highlight (Check out) we checked out at 11.30 the official time and requested to keep the luggage at the side for sometime till we get some clothes and snacks. The Manager replied not more than 1 hour as it will create disturbance to us. How can 2 bags create disturbance if it's kept in a corner of the waiting area. Part 2 - we reached back by 1.10 pm which he didn't appreciate. We asked the manager about the other places that we can visit, he was completely clueless and had zero interest in replying. While we were sitting quietly in the waiting area he asked us to get out in an extremely rude manner. You can't ask your guests to get out of the property, they are not causing any inconvenience to other patrons. Please please please avoid this place just for the Manager. He is not worthy of being in the Hospitality industry. I really hope the owner of the property takes note of this incident and takes some action against the manager because despite being at good location the people who are running it are leaving a bad taste. I'm writing this review from a restaurant nearby the property as we were asked to GET OUT. P.S. the assistant Mahesh did apologize on behalf of the manager but the damage was done by then
