Ulasan Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Thomasville/High Point/Lexi

The hotel is located right off the highway, in a good area With 2 or 3 gas stations nearby and a Dollar General, most restaurants are within five miles of the hotel. There was a sign-up that said they weren't serving breakfast. The on-site dryer was broken when I was there so that was a bummer. But the washer did work. The room is small for the price but it made do for the weekend. There is a window seat (which I loved) in the room with windows that open. The thing is there was no screen on it to keep the flying insects out. The TV is a nice size with some satellite channels. Mini fridge and microwave in the room also.

Stay was very pleasant, although we were later checking in it was sort of difficult to reach someone. There is a bell but I don't think it worked, I had to wait until someone finally just happen to come to the front to check in. The room was clean and quite.

This stay was not quite as good as before. The room was a double room, not a queen room as I paid for and it was very hot. I do not think the air had been on in the room for days. The elevator was broke so everyone was having to use the stairs although the desk clerk said just push it open and closed and it will be okay.

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and better than expected. I will be in this town next week and have already booked another stay. Highly recommend.

I understood that it was a non smoking hotel. I like going to non smoking hotels because theyre cleaner an refreshing, im disappointed i didnt get my $50 deposit back , when i did not smoke in the room. I walked outside to smoke my cigarettes, maybe the fact i had a half smoked cigg in my pack maybe made the room smell. I dont know but i kept the room clean , the window was open when i first cane in the room an didnt notice untill I left to gather my belongings. The room stayed either too hot or too cold.

Pretty decent

Old filthy recliner and loveseat in the room looked like they were 30 years old. I wouldn’t even sleep in the bed sheets. I cut my stay short because it felt unsafe and filthy.

The room appeared clean and fresh. Clean crisp linens on the beds. I found the beds to be comfortable. Tub, sink and toilet were also clean. Second day there I was joined by a medium sized black bug in the bathroom. Don’t want to say the “ C” word as I am not sure what it was exactly. My son had a room upstairs and unfortunately encountered the same issue. On the other hand, every staff member we encountered was very courteous and accommodating.

Debbie the front desk manager was extremely helpful. Our rooms were not cleaned when we arrived early and she cleaned the rooms herself, so that we could get checked in. She was very apologetic about the rooms not being ready and appreciated her service. Good service is hard to come by these days and Debbie met the mark.

This was a third trip my husband and I have booked yours by far has been the best. I will now continue to look for your Microtel where ever we may be staying. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My sister and her husband recommended this place and it was terrific! 5 stars!

We stay at this hotel whenever we come to Thomasville. They allow dogs so our fur baby is just as welcome as we are. Close to family and friends and easy to get where we need to go.

The bathrooms were dirty and had not been cleaned thoroughly. I would like a full refund.

We found a man urinating in the bushes in the parking lot two of our four nights stay. We returned to our room after leaving one morning to find our used toothpaste tubes missing. We presumed they were thrown away while someone cleaned. One manager worked around the clock every day to maintain the facility. He tried…We may try the Comfort Inn next door on our next visit.
