Hotel Thuan An dengan Sarapan

Takes about 1 hour from the airport to reach here. Hotel is barely a year old so everything is new and modern. Rooms are decent sized and have lots of universal & USB charging points. Breakfast is sufficient. The locality is industrial and not close to any tourist attractions, so if you're the sort that likes to explore at night, this isnt the place for you. Personally i found this place ideal for my business trip and food within the hotel restaurant was good enough. Would prefer if the hotel could offer an airport shuttle or limo service.

Wonderful hotel on the banks of the Saigon River, located a short distance from the city center but reachable free of charge by the hotel's private shuttle boat. The An Lam Saigon River looks like a small paradise in its setting of lush vegetation. Very spacious and magnificent fully equipped rooms, a pleasant swimming pool, a well-stocked restaurant with vegetables and spices from the garden and a terrace with a view of the river and sunsets. A lounge bar on the upper floor of one of the buildings also lets you enjoy the view far and wide. Saigon's flagship hotel, probably the most beautiful and romantic.

Really, this resort is a disappointment despite having a 4-star rating. My family and I visited during the holidays in Vietnam. When my French husband approached the front desk, none of the staff members could understand English to assist him. Even when I approached the counter, the room rates were confusing, and no staff member could recommend a suitable room type based on our needs. It was surprising that when I inquired about room turndown service, no staff member could comprehend my request. Moreover, the restaurant had Japanese cuisine that day due to the Koi aquarium opening, but when I checked the menu, it was mostly Japanese dishes. I asked the restaurant staff for authentic Vietnamese specialties, but they couldn't provide any recommendations. I wanted my husband to enjoy Vietnamese food during our trip. In summary, we were disappointed with the room service and restaurant. On the bright side, the resort has plenty of green space and is peaceful. However, it lacked a spa and gym for relaxation and exercise as well as no night activities. I don't understand how it was given a 4-star rating.

Our Chinese relatives - a total of 11 people were visiting us from Chaozhou so we were trying to find a hotel that is located quite close to our house. We decided on Citadines Central Binh Duong because it was just around 20 minutes away. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The staff replied to my messages on Zalo very quickly and prepared a smooth and swift check-in procedure for my relatives.

I’ve had complete nightmares from hotels in Vietnam as a whole and this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast food was amazing with so much variety. The hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly. There’s a bar on the ground floor, a gym, a golf stimulator, laundry room and a working space. The only fault which wasn’t a big deal to us was the location. 40 minute drive from district 1. This hotel is designed for business travellers so makes sense!
