I would never use trip.com ever again. Regardless of savings they can never repay me after the poor service I received from every representative from trip.com. I spoke with the hotel that was willing to work with me over a booking issue but trip.com would not and made me pay for a room I never even used

主路邊，但需要提前轉才能進停車場，谷歌地圖有點不準。酒店非常好，提供洗漱等用具，在這邊很稀少。停車免費，早餐在當地看來也算比較豐富的，不錯的一次體驗。

Dear Trip Advisor Readers: We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Thunder Bay recently June, 2023. We initially planned to stay earlier in the week, but had an adverse family circumstance, and had to change the date. We would first like to thank Dale, at the front reception, for his extreme courtesy, and compassion, by telephone and in person, as we arrived very late in the night with our two pets. This hotel has brand new renovations, and it is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. The interior lighting is totally elegant. The breakfast area was very tidy, and the food selections absolutely delicious. The breakfast area cook and manager was also exceptionally kind, and very quick on her feet, Coffee was awesome! As we checked out the next day, we met the manager Sherrie, was very organized, courteous and kind. This hotel is staffed by very hard working people, and we would have no hesitation to stay there again. Many thanks from two very weary travelers, and their weary pets!!!

Hotel ini sangat baru, kakitangan perkhidmatannya sangat ramah, lokasinya sesuai untuk berjalan di tepi tasik, disyorkan!

Hotel ini mempunyai ruang yang baik, terutamanya laluan yang luas, tingkat tinggi dan kemudahan yang baik. Kerana wabak itu, sarapan yang disediakan adalah roti pek sejuk🥯

For the Victoria Holiday Weekend, we rented a room on the main floor with a hot tub right in our room. It had a King Bed. The stay was amazing with ending the evening with a hot tub with my partner! Great way to unwind from the day's activity and relax in a hot tub while enjoying drinks and conversation! Love the hotel on Sibley Drive!

Hotel ini agak memuaskan, bilik kecil dan kemudahan okey. Tempat letak kereta adalah luas dan percuma. Tidak banyak pasaraya dan tempat makan di sekitar. Nisbah harga/prestasi adalah begitu-begitu.

早餐時間人太多，做熱蛋糕的機器，一直不好好工作，望能改進一下。房間不錯夠大，很安靜。

As we walked into the suite, we thought: what a nice room! It had a kitchen with a table and chairs and the beds of course. Linens were clean and the overall cleanliness of the room seemed great at first glance. The beds and shower head were decent.. As I walked into the bathroom, I noticed dust bunnies in the corners of the room behind the toilet. Not too big a deal. It appeared as though the person renting the room before us had a bit of a poop explosion because there were poop spatters (or what appeared to be) on the wall under the toilet paper roll and door. I attempted to wipe the spatter on the door up... thinking this can't be poop but yes...it was brown in colour. I didn't bother trying to remove the poop spatters from the textured wallpaper. The ice bucket was very dirty with lots of dust and the colander was dirty too. I just made sure to wash it in the kitchen sink with the dish soap that was available before using it. Had I stayed more than one night, I would have brought it up to the attention of the staff but my stay was very brief so I just dealt with it. Would I return? Yes. Breakfast was good, great coffee, clean pool and spa. The staff was very professional and helpful. The pool guy took pride in his work. Overall, it was good. Housekeeping just has to pay closer attention to the little things.
