酒店的洗衣機烘乾功能時間太長。洗衣機時間也太長，特別耽誤時間！右邊的機器洗衣服和烘乾聯合功能雖然有，但是被人佔著半天沒法用。總體來説，洗衣服應該本身是為了快捷，結果那個機器太慢太慢了。誰能等待烘乾用倆小時？！
房間挺乾淨。特此表揚。
但是在退房時間上 辦理入住時的前台表現的有欠缺。 我説在攜程上，我訂房一般都可以到下午兩點。然後他説不可能，他説他們一直都是12點。那樣否定客人説話不太好。因為我們在攜程上從來都是下午兩點退房的。就算你堅持你的觀點，也不能否定客人自己的記錄啊。人雖然不壞，但是 還是缺一點情商。 另外也缺了一點人情味。
另外，早飯説不包含就不包含吧，但是説話也不要那麼生硬嘛。誰也不能差你幾塊錢的早飯錢。 而且。是一個人住兩張床的房間。就算真是吃一頓飯，還能吃多少？！ 對於員工的培訓要有點 靈活性與人情味。
除了那個個別前台以外，其他的前台都還可以。

This hotel is in a GREAT location for tourists (near heaps of great restaurants and bars - scenic area and Heping Road shopping) or business travellers (I was attending a conference at the Meijiang conference centre) and has really lovely big modern rooms. The downsides - there is only 1 lift for all 10 floors (which are dispersed throughout 24 floors) of the hotel so the wait for the lift can be frustrating, also the reception staff struggled with the fact I had made 2 separate bookings (to separate work from personal travel) for the same room even though it was carefully explained in Chinese and a note should have been recorded against the room - instead it meant my room wasn’t serviced properly on my last full day and also my room keycard was deactivated. The irritations aside, this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again as the rooms really are so nice.

- Walls are paper thin, you’ll hear women working hard..
- The pool changing rooms are quite dirty and untidy, also mobile phones in the hot pool/spa should be banned.
- No extraction fan in the bathroom.
- The air con works but there is a faint smell of cigarettes that wafts through the room.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is almost double the normal Ibis room (eg in Lindon, Korea, or Sydney).
Location is just behind the Snack street, so lots of interesting stuff to eat.
Infront is the Han river and you can walk along it towards the Eye of Tianjin..
I would give it 5 stars for an Ibis.

very new and modern hotel with large rooms and great facilities. The service is attentive although the check in can be slow and delayed when it is peak season like summer. we had a late flight and was able to extend the room for additional charge of 4 hours to check out at late.

The hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk from subway station. There is a wet market nearby ti get fruits and food. Some decent eateries nearby but by and large a so so neighbourhood that can be more exciting.
The fridge bars are almost daily replenished without charge. TV is huge but channels are local china channels that can be boring.
The room is huge and decently clean. Only weakness for me is that the TV is built into the wall furnishing and not possible to insert any cables to the TV for linking to own laptop for extra entertainment.
The room has a AI assistant that can be fun to use but after a while it become monotonous.
But overall it’s a value for money hotel.

LLilibeika衞生：房間乾淨整潔，是標準的北方四合院落式民宿。雖然是民宿但是老闆把衞生都弄得很乾凈，讓人放心。酒店床品和潔具也都很乾凈。對於輕微潔癖人士來説都很滿意。
環境：訂的是大床套房，房間在一個四合院落裏，開門就是院子，從院子出去就是熱鬧的衚衕，離周邊幾個景點都很方便。很有北方特色，對於從南方來的遊客來説，也是很新奇的體驗感。
服務：老闆十分親切，我們入住當天因為自己原因是半夜才到的。老闆依舊在耐心等我們入住。到了以後還熱心的和我們聊了一會，交代設施怎麼使用。讓南方遊客深深體會了北方的熱情好客。下次如果再到天津，一定還選擇吉祥院子

PPengguna TetamuEnjoyed our two night stay.The hotel staff is beyond amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Check in was smooth and fast , the staff is very kind,fast and helpful in answering any questions and addressing any issues.
On second day, had an emergency travel to Beijing, Ms Pang Ping and Wang helped organize transport to airport to get subway to Beijing, she kept checking in to see where we had reached on our return back and organized for a car to pick us up since we arrived late at night. She handed us over to the evening staff smoothly to help us with the late night arrival back to the hotel. Mr Wang our driver to the airport spoke English and was helpful in giving us directions to the subway and train station.
The driver, Mr. Chen, very kind man, was already at the airport by the time we arrived to pick us up.
When we got to the hotel, he helped to get a refreshment from the hotel restaurant.
We had an early morning flight and Ms Song Jia and Ms Wang Qian were very kind to give us a wake up call at 4:30am, organize for us a car to the airport and helped me us with our luggage .
The hotel stay overall was comfortable and nice. Slept in the business double room. The rooms are spacious, very clean and are cleaned daily. There’s a self service laundry room at the hotel.
Excellent service and staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excellent facilities and totally worth the stay. Recommended for travelers who want a quiet night stay and also close hotel to the airport 🥰😘

CChan Ming TongI booked 3 rooms in Jun, 2023. The hotel is only 4 months old. The only thing I want to complain about is that I can't find anything to complain about!
The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel.
The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation.
Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

Location is excellent, right next to the Tianjin Station and nearby tourist attractions. Hotel rooms begin from 47 and above. Breakfast, gym and laundry locate on the top floor, 51st floor. Free parking at basement 3.
Rooms come with a great river view overlooking the city. Rooms look relatively clean and contemporary, bedsheets and towels are all clean and changed daily.
Cons:
The hotel allows guests to smoke in the hallway and in bedrooms. Cigarette smoke kept coming in through the door and possibly the ventilation when someone was smoking regularly in the hallway. Especially the lift waiting area was horribly strong, clothes and hair were all covered in cigarette smoke.
Small hotel, guest rooms are between 47/50, the lifts have to go from the check in lobby at first floor all the way up til 51, therefore extremely slow lifts, especially during this time of the year, Chinese new year holidays where the hotel is packed, late check-in due to the cleaners were too busy to get all the rooms cleaned up for guests to check in and get the room cards on time, breakfast buffet ran out of dining space at peak hours, guests had to queue outside the hallway.
All communal areas are small, e.g the waiting areas and the toilets at the lobby. Very tiny gym, could fit maximum 5-6 people at the same time.
Recommend to book this hotel during the off peak seasons, not a hotel for big families.

PPengguna Tetamu這次來真的是驚喜，先是被門頭大屏幕吸引的，這個酒店就在意式風情街，位置景無敵，看出來用心了，房間挺乾淨，且中途還換了房體驗，我的建議是和哥們一起來一定上下鋪，太有感覺了，大床適合小情侶，隔音也是一流。前台服務特別棒，也有機器人給送餐，問了一下一套設備好幾萬，早上來一套煎餅果子，完美😍唯一不足人流量大，停車得讓門口大爺給安排，不過大爺特別熱心，房間儘量提前定，經常性滿房，這次相當滿意👍

WWaiki AliThe room was pretty tidy, clean and spacious. I booked the hotel just because the pool but using wasn’t that satisfactory. The pool is inside a private gym and there are lots of swimming coaches who don’t let you swim because they feel they are the owner of the place. The coaches are very rude as well. The pool is not a place you can’t relax and enjoy with your family for sure. The manager of the hotel had to come to try and solve the problem which it was already too late (we have argued with 2 of the coaches because they were being impolite and crossing the line with us). To apologies, the manager gave us a 200 yuan discount ticket we could use in one of the restaurant downstairs. Overall the hotel was good, just have in mind if you want to use the pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the attentive staff.
The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, and the amenities, including the well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries, added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay.
One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional.
The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa,
