The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is almost double the normal Ibis room (eg in Lindon, Korea, or Sydney). Location is just behind the Snack street, so lots of interesting stuff to eat. Infront is the Han river and you can walk along it towards the Eye of Tianjin.. I would give it 5 stars for an Ibis.

Nice and clean hotel, very friendly and polite staff. There is a nice bar in the lobby. Very big choice of breakfast for western and eastern style. This is a suite room.

This hotel was excellent. Very close to the metro, Sam’s Club and the Aeon mall. The restaurant, gym and service were excellent. There are a few good food options nearby if you choose not to eat at the hotel. The breakfast was complete with many options. A great star to the day. Coffee and tea available. The executive floors are with the upgrade, with a full bath for relaxing and warming up in the winter. Space for two! Very good equipment with treadmill in the gym. I did not use the pool. Staff in all locations were excellent. Special mention to Tina, who checked us in and inquired if we have any special needs during our stay. Truly professional. Parking was free. We took a taxi to downtown Tianjin to see the sights and drive back along the river. Beautiful. Worth not staying in city center(downtown).

During the first day the taxi driver missed out the location and alighted us few hundred meter away in cold weather. Upon contact the apar**ent in-charge she direct us to our unit straight. The apar**ent is a loft unit that come with 3 queen size beds able to cater for 6 persons and both my kids can sleep in a spacious bed. Two of the beds are located at upper deck and one at lower deck. One of the room even comes with projector. The dinner table is located at upper deck that free up the space at lower deck. In general the room is quite cosy and has enough power supply for my family which we use multiple electronic devices. Wifi is also available that serve us well. As for amenities nearby shopping centre, provision shop, restaurants etc.. is quite convenient in short walking distance. Metro station is about 300 m away that so easy for us to travel with train around the city. Upon checking out the apar**ent in-charge also gave us a free gift for our souvenir that so heartwarming. I’m going to miss this place…..
