The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, and the amenities, including the well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries, added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa, What truly set Crowne Plaza apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from the concierge who helped me plan my day to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine. Location for the North Tower was quite dark at night

Very pleasant position , with a nice lake view . But a bit far from downtown and restaurants areas . Room quite comfortable even if old style but classic elegant .

This hotel was excellent. Very close to the metro, Sam’s Club and the Aeon mall. The restaurant, gym and service were excellent. There are a few good food options nearby if you choose not to eat at the hotel. The breakfast was complete with many options. A great star to the day. Coffee and tea available. The executive floors are with the upgrade, with a full bath for relaxing and warming up in the winter. Space for two! Very good equipment with treadmill in the gym. I did not use the pool. Staff in all locations were excellent. Special mention to Tina, who checked us in and inquired if we have any special needs during our stay. Truly professional. Parking was free. We took a taxi to downtown Tianjin to see the sights and drive back along the river. Beautiful. Worth not staying in city center(downtown).
