Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and impeccably clean. Hygiene: Spotless. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of trash bags in the bins, which made us hesitant to throw garbage directly in. I suggest providing trash liners; it would also make cleanup easier for the staff. Environment: Excellent. The location is superb, very close to various entertainment venues like TEDA Football Stadium, cinemas, Decathlon, and TEDA Second Sports Center. The hotel also boasts a very spacious parking lot, so driving here is highly recommended. Service: The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They proactively offered us a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. Food deliveries were also very prompt, with robots delivering directly to our room. The bottled water supply was generous; we received two bottles on the first day, and then the cleaning staff, noticing our larger group, started placing four bottles in each room. Tea bags were also promptly replenished when needed. The mini-fridge was functional, perfect for chilling our own drinks in the summer. Some key highlights include a 24-hour gym and a swimming pool open from 7 AM to 10 PM. (Note: The pool seems to be open to the public as well, not just hotel guests. I highly recommend going right at 7 AM when it's less crowded, but be aware that at that time, the changing rooms didn't have bath towels available, suggesting they weren't fully prepared yet.) The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. It offered an array of authentic Tianjin local specialties like Gabacai, Doufunao, and Jianbing – the Jianbing, in particular, tasted genuinely local. The Western breakfast selection was equally impressive, with salads, fruits, and various juices, including fresh watermelon juice. The restaurant itself is spacious with ample seating, making for a very comfortable dining experience. Upon check-in, we were also given four bar vouchers, which we used for two soft drinks and two Tsingtao beers. Additionally, there was a welcome fruit platter in our room. The bathtub in the room was excellent. We stayed in two adjacent rooms that had a connecting door, which is ideal for families or for creating a family suite setup. The spacious desk and desk lamp were a significant plus, allowing our kids to occasionally read or do homework. The bedside universal power adapters were incredibly convenient for direct USB charging. The shower also provided instant and strong hot water. The *only* significant drawback was that on the night we arrived, during a heavy downpour, we discovered around midnight that water was leaking into the room from the window. We immediately called the front desk, and a staff member promptly brought two bath towels to stem the flow. I strongly recommend the hotel addresses this issue during the dry season; resolving it would make the stay absolutely perfect. Additionally, the labels on all the light switches were too small and indistinct. We couldn't read them clearly, and often had to use a flashlight to figure out which switch was for which light. I suggest enlarging and making the font more prominent for easier operation, especially for elderly guests. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely return if we have the chance.

This hotel was a truly delightful surprise! The decor is incredibly chic and sophisticated, giving off an immediate impression of luxury. The staff were wonderfully attentive and friendly, speaking gently and handling tasks efficiently, truly making you feel like family. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was so comfortable I never wanted to get out of it! The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options, with the freshly cooked noodles being particularly flavorful. The location is also incredibly convenient, with shopping and dining options all within easy reach. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Tianjin again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends!

We stayed with our children, and the room was a good size. The housekeeping staff were very diligent and responsible. They were incredibly thoughtful, providing plenty of water, especially after seeing we had two kids. The area around the hotel is also very pleasant, making it super convenient for ordering takeout or eating out.

The pre-sale package for two nights at 999 RMB (upgraded to a Friday and Saturday stay for an additional 200 RMB) was excellent value. 👍 We opted for a south-facing, high-floor room, which offered views of the K11 building, a landmark in the Binhai area (Image 1). The room itself was clean and had a bathtub, though the carpets in the hallway showed some wear. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options with fresh ingredients; I particularly recommend the beef noodles and salami. There's a gym, and the pool is 1.30m deep and 25m long. We went for a swim early at 7 AM to avoid children playing in the water. Free parking is available, though spaces were a bit tight when we arrived late on Friday. About 2km from the hotel, there's Jinmen Xiaohongfang Seafood Restaurant, where their sea urchin dumplings (88 RMB for 12, shown in the last image) come highly recommended. 👍

Having not stayed for a while, I returned to find the former Sheraton rebranded as a Crowne Plaza. Unfortunately, it's clearly seen no renovation or refurbishment; the facilities are old and dated, and the service has noticeably deteriorated. Upon arrival, I stood at the entrance for about a minute (looking for a smoking area), yet the security guard didn't offer to help with my luggage, merely staring at me. He wasn't even in a uniform, and frankly, if I hadn't later seen him performing security duties, I would have mistaken him for an unofficial taxi driver waiting for fares. For my first check-in, I was assigned a room right by the elevators, without anyone asking if I'd prefer an alternative. Turn-down service was also non-existent. The only positives were the provided mouthwash and the quick invoice processing. As for dining, the eateries immediately next to the hotel were all quite unappetizing, though a Korean restaurant a little further away was actually pretty good.

The room size was good. The twin beds could be pushed together to comfortably accommodate a family of three. The hotel offers views of the Chow Tai Fook Financial Centre, and K11 is just a 10-minute walk away. Both the Maritime Museum and the Teda Aircraft Carrier are approximately a 30-minute drive from the hotel. Free parking is available, and we also took our kids for a swim. Overall, it perfectly met our family travel needs.

During the summer vacation, I brought my child to Tianjin to see the aircraft carrier. When choosing a hotel in the Binhai area, I picked Crowne Plaza over InterContinental, mainly because I felt their suites offered slightly better value for money. The hotel's ground floor lobby had an impressive exterior. However, upon entering the room, I did feel that the decor was a bit dated, which is understandable for a 15-year-old hotel. Nonetheless, it was clean and tidy. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic in their service. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the taste was genuinely good, with the Jianbing Bao Cui (a crispy pancake) being particularly recommendable. All in all, it was a decent stay, fitting for an established five-star hotel.

I booked this for my parents as we were visiting relatives in the Development Zone. They were very happy with their stay, especially since it included breakfast for two and a 300 RMB dining voucher. The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, which makes sense as it appears to be the former Sheraton hotel. A stroll around the nearby park was quite pleasant. A fun surprise was that the Teda football team was also staying there! There were many fans waiting for autographs. My dad even mentioned seeing several players in the gym during his swim, haha.

Crowne Plaza Tianjin Binhai is a long-standing IHG property. You can tell from its decor that a lot of thought and detail went into its original design, and it's been well-maintained over the past decade. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel breakfast spread is quite generous, with a wide selection of delicious Western pastries. They also offer Tianjin's signature Jianbing Guozi, though I felt the *bocui* (crisp fritter) could have been better. There's a swimming pool; it's not huge, a 1.3-meter deep rectangular pool that's perfectly fine for kids to splash around in. The only real difficulty we encountered was parking; you have to find a spot yourself on the ground level, which can be hit-or-miss.

A classic five-star hotel, though some of its facilities are showing their age and the overall decor is fairly standard. I was generally pleased with the service. The hotel boasts a good location, right next to TEDA SMD shopping mall, which makes dining very convenient. A highlight for me was the breakfast, which was quite decent, especially the delicious beef noodles 🍜 and Jianbing Guozi.

Staying in Room 2011: I'd like to personally thank the front desk team for their excellent service, especially for helping me with a late check-out. Their thoughtful and understanding approach was genuinely appreciated. Fantastic service overall! The hotel's breakfast is one of the better ones I've had at a Crowne Plaza property. Highly recommended. One minor issue: The gym lacked air conditioning and was too hot.

All the staff were wonderful; the lady at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to K11. It's spotlessly clean throughout, and the spacious pool kept my child entertained for hours. However, the absolute highlight was the hotel's breakfast. It offered a wide variety of dishes, and every single one tasted fantastic, especially the incredibly delicious beef noodles! Dishes were replenished quickly, making it the best hotel breakfast I've ever experienced! Comfort was top-notch, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely be back!

The room facilities were a bit dated, and service was adequate. On the positive side, the bedding was clean, and breakfast offered a good selection. The pool, however, was quite small. The parking lot wasn't secured, allowing non-guest vehicles to take up spaces, which often led to limited availability. And to top it off, the body lotion in the room was empty – a minor detail perhaps, but an oversight that shouldn't happen.

Great location and service! TEDA Life Hall and the Chow Tai Fook K11 Observation Deck are just next door. Breakfast was plentiful, and there's a beautiful patch of purple flowers out front. Just outside, to the right, you'll find breakfast eateries and a local supermarket. While the facilities are a little dated, I was extremely satisfied with everything else!
