Fourth time staying here and it is as pleasant as ever. Very convenient location for attending meetings near the area, with restaurant options, street vendors and convenience store within 2 minutes. Florentia village and the train station is also just a short ride away. Ella and Joy was very helpful this time when arranging an early check in and continuing my stay in the same room. Hotel also has robots that can be arranged to deliver items to your room if you order through online apps.

Rooms are small, tv was not working, staff canjot speak english. Far away from everything  Breakfast is good

The room is quite spacious, and the apartment we booked has a sofa bed. The service is good, and the location is good, close to Wuqing Wanda and Florence Town. The breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of new dishes. The service staff will add dishes in time when the food is gone.

The hotel is elegant and quiet, with good greenery around it and fresh air, just like being in an urban oasis. The service staff is very enthusiastic, not only actively helping with luggage, but also providing delicious breakfast. The room is impeccably clean, with complete and intelligent facilities.
