Great location,breakfast not bad and has many choices.Staff very nice and willing solve the problem for hotel guest.I am satisfied this stay.

- Great location, right next to the metro station and very near Tianjin Railway Station. It’s also located centrally near the Jiefang Bridge, Haihe River and Jinwan Square, and there are nice photo spots, eateries, and night market nearby
- Clean and very spacious room, comfortable bed, it had everything that we needed (hairdryer, hangers, toiletries etc)
- There was a gym, and you could do your laundry for free in the laundry room
- Helpful and flexible front desk staff, they allowed us to check out late when we requested (the room was not urgently required for the next guest)
- Good price for a very good stay
- Our room had no window to see the outside view, only a window to an air well (do take note if you prefer a window to see the outside view), but we were not bothered by this
- The only major con was glass bathroom door, which was inconvenient for friends traveling together

The location was fantastic. Recommended hotel. The staff is friendly too. Although was given a non smoking room. Somehow the room is still having quite a strong cigarette smell throughout my 3 nights stay in the room. Maybe it from other place. Also maybe it not their habit to mop the wooden floor, there is quite a few sticky gravy or sauce stain on the floor. So the floor not really clean. I am more particular as this trip with with my family with kid.

Good location near the jinwan station and most of the tourist spots. The room and bed big and comfortable. The only issue is the wifi connection is bad but still not bad compareed to the price paid. Thanka

The incredibly smooth, friendly, and professional staff. The porters, room valet, room service, and concierge staff was perfect. Our check-in/check-out service was easy and pleasant.
We were walked to our room when we checked in.
The room was beautiful, the shower/water-pressure was amazing, comfortable bed. The location was perfect for tourists near the river and the Italian area . Next to subway , train railway, buses tour . I wish we had time to experience . Poor gym facilities.

Customer service v unfriendly. No aircon in the room and only 1 window can be open (small opening). Takes v long for the room to cool.
