Ulasan Tianjin Junlu Hotel Apartment (Haihe Daguan Five Avenue Branch)

I recently stayed in this apartment and had a fantastic experience! The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I particularly loved the beautiful view from the window, which added an extra touch of charm to the space. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had during my stay. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable rental experience

The apartment looked like it needed a proper clean. We were afraid to use the kitchen cause it looked dirty. The floors were very sticky throughout the apartment. Every time you took a step, it made a noise because your shoes would get stuck to the floor. The fridge had not been clean. The shower floor was also covered in grime. We had to wash the shower before using it. I had to pay a deposit when I got there. After leaving, I messaged the hotel every day for over a week to try to get back my deposit. They kept telling me that they were waiting for the boss and would send it by the end of the day. This happened every day for over a week. I think I'm more disappointed in Trip.com for allowing this place to advertise on their app. After booking the place and checking the comments properly(the negative ones), I didn't want to stay there and tried to get my money back within 1 hour of the booking. Trip.com said I had to ask the hotel. The hotel straight up refused. So I was forced to stay there. Shame on Trip.com. We trust the site thinking that this won't happen because the site is very well known.

Very good place! The girl in the front door was really nice. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around and the views from the room were amazing!

The stay was pleasant. It was hassle free check in and check out.

I booked twin bedroom for two nights. The location was close to The eye of Tianjin and Little Italy. The view was good, my room was at 45th floor. Bathroom smells horrible, it was smelling like public toilet . even when I open all the windows and turn on the ACs the smell never left. Sanitary was so bad like it was never cleaned. Walls and floor was dirty and oily, sink was clogging so often. I called cleaning crew twice and they were a joke. 3 people came in just to wipe the floor with blackest mop I’ve ever seen. Cleaning crew didn’t even use a drop of soap, they just wiped lightly with dirty damp mop and used dry towel to clean the crusty shower door when i asked them.
