Service was amazing and staff incredibly helpful and kind. My only complaint was the buffet breakfast- there was a school group there on the same days as us, and they sneezed over the food and used their bare hands to pick up the food from the bowls. We were unable to eat anything because of this 🤢

As a first visit to this hotel, I have difficulty to find the hotel. Front counter two gentlemen was helpful and resourceful. Very clean and comfortable room to stay. Overall I give a 5 stars to this hotel. To the management and staff, I thank you very much and happy working. Will visit again when I come to Tianjin Chan JK

The carpet was humid (I don’t know if from cleaning or something else). But the hotel is very good very big rooms and usually very clean.

Difficult to get food as need to take cab out. Only convenience store which sell limit items.
