酒店環境很好 從大堂到房間都很乾凈 房間細節擺放也好 還有機器人給送很慘 前台服務也到位 很熱情 交通也便利 出門就是地鐵口

設施：還是比較新的，一個小建議毛巾和排風應該升級一下 衞生：很乾凈，就是因為亞朵乾淨才每次出行選擇亞朵 環境：統一風格裝修，簡約整潔，比較年輕化 服務：這家門店的服務還是很不錯的，自己帶着小寶寶出來，下午睡覺晚了一些，酒店很人性化給延遲退房時間了，給予感謝理解 這家門店有地上和地下免費停車場，但是沒有充電車位，給驢友們做個參考 以後出行還會第一選擇亞朵

The view from the room was great. The residence is sourround with Muslim Restaurant in walking distance, it's very convinient to find Halal food especially for Muslim 😁. It's such great and wonderful stay in the city of Tianjin. Will definitely come here again if have opportunity to visit this town in future. Not to forgot to mentioned, the staff is also very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in the Magnotel building; they share the same entrance. The location is convenient and has several metro stations around (42 minutes to Tianjinnan and 26 minutes to Tianjinxi). There are repairs going on, so at times you might hear the sound, but it's not too disturbing. The room is clean and equipped with basic necessities.

和家人朋友一起來天津玩，選擇了這家白玉蘭酒店，定了三間房，一共住了五天，整體比較滿意，酒店地理位置好找，房間設施齊全，外賣可以機器人送到房間。就是停車不方便，門口衹有幾個停車位，先到先停，第二天沒搶到衹能停到馬路對面結果一夜停車費80元😭

A great hotel, staff was lovely and very helpful and welcoming, they were eager to help and support. Specifically Ms Sally Ge, the guest service manager, she intervened to help us and provide the best service for me and my family. Location was great and hotel was very clean and comfortable.

酒店設施老舊，已經跟不上時代的變化，定了行政房原來房間一樣，衹是體驗一下行政酒廊。酒廊甜品每次衹上幾塊，軟飲種類也不多，晚上的簡餐自助就更簡單了，就幾樣東西，孩子都不吃，又出去找飯店吃飯。游泳池還不錯。

難以置信的完美住宿體驗！ 入住這家酒店絕對是我旅行中最明智的選擇之一。從我踏進大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了一種無與倫比的歡迎和温暖。前台工作人員不僅專業且友好，還能迅速辦理入住手續，並根據我的需求提供了許多貼心的建議。 房間：房間設計高雅，寬敞明亮，所有設施一應俱全。床鋪舒適得讓我一夜好眠，窗外的美景更是為這次住宿增添了不少亮點。房間內的清潔衞生也無可挑剔，每一個細節都展示了酒店的高標準和用心。 停車：酒店有免費的停車場，這樣也不用擔心車子停放問題了 出行：出酒店路口就是地鐵口 重點就是看演唱會真的特別方便，就在旁邊步行兩分鐘！！！！！！！！ 服務：服務絕對是這家酒店的亮點之一！無論是客房服務、餐廳服務，還是前台諮詢，每一位工作人員都充滿了熱情和專業精神。最讓我感動的是，他們總能在第一時間響應我的需求，並且超出我的期望。這樣的服務標準，完全可以和五星級酒店媲美。 餐飲：酒店的餐廳更是值得一提！早餐種類豐富，品質上乘，每一道菜都令人垂涎欲滴，菜品的精緻與美味讓我流連忘返. 設施：酒店的設施同樣出色，無論你是來度假還是商務出差，這裏都能滿足你的需求。 總結：總的來説，這次的住宿體驗超出了我的所有預期。無論是酒店本身的硬件設施，還是工作人員的服務態度，都達到了頂級水準。我強烈推薦這家酒店，如果你在尋找一處舒適、奢華、同時又充滿温情的住宿之地，那這裏絕對是你的不二選擇！

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

Excellent service, answers to all my questions so fast. Room is clean with beautiful view from the window. Good place, recomend!
