Location is OK but I had a lot of trouble finding it due to limited signage visibility (from the main road) and also my google maps/Apple Maps struggled to consistently find it. If anyone else has the same issue you may be best served by using “a cat a dog animal hospital” as the POI.
Staff limited English but very proactive in pushing me to wechat (which has built in translation) no complaints at all.

Had the most wonderful stay at a hotel at Pan Pacific Tianjin in recent years, largely thanks to the warm hospitality of all front desk staff who were warm, welcoming and very helpful.
I had a headache and as a foreigner, could not order painkillers via delivery and Leila from the front desk was really nice to help me out with it. Upon check out, the front desk staff were also all friendly and sweet (I forgot her name). I accidentally left my outerwear behind and the concierge was really helpful to help me retrieve and send it to my friend's hotel for me. It was a solo trip and witnessing such warmth and kindness overseas really made my trip memorable and I would like to thank all the staff! :)
Location is perfect, just across the street from the river, and about a 10-15 minute walk from Tianjin Eye. Room is spacious and clean too. Only small room for improvement is if the ventilation can be better as there was a bit of smoke smell for a non-smoking room. But overall, Pan Pac Tianjin is a hotel I'll return to stay if I ever visit Tianjin again.

We stayed just one night and didn’t use any of the other amenities the hotel has to offer. This review is strictly about the room. The bed was large, plush, and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the tub was large, the water pressure was high, and the soap smelled incredible (kind of like bananas). The room itself was large, comfortable, and had three televisions! The hotel seems wall-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the location is very convenient. We didn’t have a view of the River, but the view we had was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others coming into Tianjin.

PPengguna TetamuEnjoyed our two night stay.The hotel staff is beyond amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Check in was smooth and fast , the staff is very kind,fast and helpful in answering any questions and addressing any issues.
On second day, had an emergency travel to Beijing, Ms Pang Ping and Wang helped organize transport to airport to get subway to Beijing, she kept checking in to see where we had reached on our return back and organized for a car to pick us up since we arrived late at night. She handed us over to the evening staff smoothly to help us with the late night arrival back to the hotel. Mr Wang our driver to the airport spoke English and was helpful in giving us directions to the subway and train station.
The driver, Mr. Chen, very kind man, was already at the airport by the time we arrived to pick us up.
When we got to the hotel, he helped to get a refreshment from the hotel restaurant.
We had an early morning flight and Ms Song Jia and Ms Wang Qian were very kind to give us a wake up call at 4:30am, organize for us a car to the airport and helped me us with our luggage .
The hotel stay overall was comfortable and nice. Slept in the business double room. The rooms are spacious, very clean and are cleaned daily. There’s a self service laundry room at the hotel.
Excellent service and staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excellent facilities and totally worth the stay. Recommended for travelers who want a quiet night stay and also close hotel to the airport 🥰😘

LLilibeika衞生：房間乾淨整潔，是標準的北方四合院落式民宿。雖然是民宿但是老闆把衞生都弄得很乾凈，讓人放心。酒店床品和潔具也都很乾凈。對於輕微潔癖人士來説都很滿意。
環境：訂的是大床套房，房間在一個四合院落裏，開門就是院子，從院子出去就是熱鬧的衚衕，離周邊幾個景點都很方便。很有北方特色，對於從南方來的遊客來説，也是很新奇的體驗感。
服務：老闆十分親切，我們入住當天因為自己原因是半夜才到的。老闆依舊在耐心等我們入住。到了以後還熱心的和我們聊了一會，交代設施怎麼使用。讓南方遊客深深體會了北方的熱情好客。下次如果再到天津，一定還選擇吉祥院子

The location of the hotel was excellent. There are many shopping malls in the vicinity and it is convinence for tourist like us.
The hotel's rooms are clean and service are up to my expectation. Breakfast are good and it is included.
I will definately stay there if I happen to visit Tianjin again.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama不得不誇下，首先是沒想到能離天津南站有那麼近，那麼舒服的酒店。聽經理説剛開店3天，設施非常乾淨，舒服。裝修非常的大氣。
再説説服務，因為和朋友大晚上沒趕上高鐵，臨時定的酒店。其實已經精疲力盡，前台小姐姐非常的貼心，周到。加了我微信隨時聯繫她，給我們到店換了雙床房，還負責給我們看着外賣，用機器人給我們送上樓。
第二天一早退房，中午才想起丟了什麼。微信小姐姐，小姐姐即可給我快遞到我的下一站。
旅途能遇到那麼貼心的酒店，心情真的一下變太美麗了～～～

Location is excellent, right next to the Tianjin Station and nearby tourist attractions. Hotel rooms begin from 47 and above. Breakfast, gym and laundry locate on the top floor, 51st floor. Free parking at basement 3.
Rooms come with a great river view overlooking the city. Rooms look relatively clean and contemporary, bedsheets and towels are all clean and changed daily.
Cons:
The hotel allows guests to smoke in the hallway and in bedrooms. Cigarette smoke kept coming in through the door and possibly the ventilation when someone was smoking regularly in the hallway. Especially the lift waiting area was horribly strong, clothes and hair were all covered in cigarette smoke.
Small hotel, guest rooms are between 47/50, the lifts have to go from the check in lobby at first floor all the way up til 51, therefore extremely slow lifts, especially during this time of the year, Chinese new year holidays where the hotel is packed, late check-in due to the cleaners were too busy to get all the rooms cleaned up for guests to check in and get the room cards on time, breakfast buffet ran out of dining space at peak hours, guests had to queue outside the hallway.
All communal areas are small, e.g the waiting areas and the toilets at the lobby. Very tiny gym, could fit maximum 5-6 people at the same time.
Recommend to book this hotel during the off peak seasons, not a hotel for big families.

PPengguna Tetamu這次來真的是驚喜，先是被門頭大屏幕吸引的，這個酒店就在意式風情街，位置景無敵，看出來用心了，房間挺乾淨，且中途還換了房體驗，我的建議是和哥們一起來一定上下鋪，太有感覺了，大床適合小情侶，隔音也是一流。前台服務特別棒，也有機器人給送餐，問了一下一套設備好幾萬，早上來一套煎餅果子，完美😍唯一不足人流量大，停車得讓門口大爺給安排，不過大爺特別熱心，房間儘量提前定，經常性滿房，這次相當滿意👍

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe checked in at the ”Somerset Olympic Tower”, late Saturday night.
This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out).
Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house.
Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated.
Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you.
Our suite was exceptionally well equipped.
A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery.
(Everything you need, for a long or short stay).
The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends.
We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised.
There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk.
The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination.
We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it.
The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views.
Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style).
The facilities are on international standard.
Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay.
Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals.
We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel.
