非常滿意👍。房內設施不僅完善還專業周到，我甚至發現了防火面罩，而且日期新鮮沒過期，這是很多酒店都沒有的，房間還配備了空氣凈化器，液體電蚊香，衞生間門口安置了小夜燈，半夜去廁所不用開床頭燈也不黑，也不刺眼不會影響睡眠。房間還配置了簡易功夫茶具和免費茶葉。整體環境優雅舒適，非常乾淨。該酒店距離輕軌9號線很近，出門步行去9號線泰達站也不遠，在卧室窗户就能看見，但是輕軌經過並不吵人。早點自助餐種類全，環境乾淨舒適，客服服務熱情周到，大堂還有送貨機器人等。整體好評！

Hotel is clean. Staff are warm, accommodating and helpful. Additional bottled waters are readily available at the front desk and on your floor. Daily fruits served in the afternoon is always a delight. Also, very convenient when you have food delivered as they have a robot to deliver it to your room. LLily👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after)
👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in.
👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience.
👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water)
👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight.
👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel.
👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

CChan Ming TongI booked 3 rooms in Jun, 2023. The hotel is only 4 months old. The only thing I want to complain about is that I can't find anything to complain about!
The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel.
The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation.
Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

PPengguna TetamuI recently stayed at (Tianjin Railway Station) Lia! by minyou perennial tianjin located near Tianjin South Railway Station, and it provided a very comfortable experience despite being a bit away from the city center. The hotel gave a great first impression with its clean and well-maintained appearance.
The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Tianjin South Railway Station, making it easy to travel around by train or bus. Although getting to the city center takes some time, the quiet and peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxation.
The rooms were spotless and modern, offering a comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. One feature that really stood out was the hotel’s automated delivery system. Using a robot to deliver food and other items to the room was incredibly convenient, and it also added a sense of security through its contactless service.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with meal deliveries or arranging taxis. They were very professional, and communication was smooth, which made the experience even better.
The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of fresh salads, bread, and egg dishes, all served in a relaxed and welcoming dining space.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful and quiet stay near Tianjin South Railway Station. The excellent staff service, modern conveniences, and comfortable rooms made for an enjoyable and satisfying visit. Special thanks to Nami for her exceptional service during my stay.

CCulturalKeysOverall we had a lovely stay here. The location is great, and the rooms and reception area were beautifully decorated. The pool and gym were amazing (best hotel gym I've ever seen!), and never very busy. Staff were friendly and polite. And there was never a queue for the lifts. There were a few ******* which I'll list below for other people who appreciate these types of details, but they were by no means deal breakers.
******* included:
- we always had a long wait at reception to be served
- the deposit is large (almost the price of the stay again)
- no plugs on one side of the bed so you can't charge your phone next to you
- the minibar wasn't very cold
- no takeout delivery to rooms (usually this is done by robot)
- beds are very soft which might give some people backache
- our toilet cistern kept running (we fixed it ourselves every time)
- the shower leaked
- the blinds over the windows are all or nothing, there are no curtains that you can just pull over part of the window
- the swimming pool is very shallow at just 1.2 metres with no deep end - this made swimming difficult for both of us as we're on the taller side
- you must sign a declaration before every swim/workout (I think once per customer would be enough!) and wear a swimming cap in the pool (the hotel sells them).

PPengguna TetamuHotel is clean and comfortable. A good location close to a shopping center. Opposite the hotel is a small area (Xibeijao), where you can buy traditional food from Tianjin.
The breakfast is ok but it’s more the Chinese style. For western guests they provide coffee, some toast, jam and the typical Chinese sausage. Don’t expect too much from it.

WWaiki AliThe room was pretty tidy, clean and spacious. I booked the hotel just because the pool but using wasn’t that satisfactory. The pool is inside a private gym and there are lots of swimming coaches who don’t let you swim because they feel they are the owner of the place. The coaches are very rude as well. The pool is not a place you can’t relax and enjoy with your family for sure. The manager of the hotel had to come to try and solve the problem which it was already too late (we have argued with 2 of the coaches because they were being impolite and crossing the line with us). To apologies, the manager gave us a 200 yuan discount ticket we could use in one of the restaurant downstairs. Overall the hotel was good, just have in mind if you want to use the pool.
