很滿意的入住體驗 使這次短途旅行開心值➕1 房間空間大且乾淨整潔 設施齊全 前台曹小帥哥業務辦理非常快並且細心詢問 停車非常方便 樓下就是古文化街 離周圍其他景點兒也是非常近 希望下次有機會繼續入住這家酒店

地理位置非常的好，下樓就是古文化街景區，旁邊就是獅子橋。從我住的房間向外看，就能看到天津之眼摩天輪，就在不遠處。早餐的油條很好吃，房間空間大且很乾凈。唯一不足之處就是停車非常非常的不方便。推薦入住。

位置可以，房間裏就能看到海河上煙花璀璨！出門往天津眼方向走一會兒，就是個類似廟會之類的小吃一條街，大部分都是烤肉串，烤魷魚，炸臭豆腐之類的…圖個熱鬧 不好的是晚上12點多回來酒店到早上九點多起床，房間裏都沒有熱水，無法洗澡！衹能艱苦湊合著刷牙洗臉，這麼大的酒店説是入住人員太多，超負荷了…所以沒有熱水？！早餐好像是去隔壁酒店的餐廳，人多的都沒有地方坐…人挺多，咖啡機就一台，排大隊不説，一會兒提示需要手工加水，一會兒需要加咖啡豆，真是無語😅好在衹是湊合一夜，希望酒店控房數量上還是匹配相應的接待能力吧！空調也是很熱，貌似沒有冷風，調低温度也都是熱風，要不就衹能關閉，但是又不透氣……

Nice and clean hotel, very friendly and polite staff. There is a nice bar in the lobby. Very big choice of breakfast for western and eastern style. This is a suite room.

Hotel ini terletak di sebelah barat daya Tianjin Eye. Terdapat Great Compassionate Wharf di sebelah utara lobi hotel (tiket dewasa ialah 100 yuan dan 50 minit). Tebing sungai sesuai untuk melepak selepas makan! Bilik hotel adalah kemas dan kemas, dan terdapat satu setiap satu untuk 🍌 dan 🍊. The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.
