Hotel Fariones

My wife and I visited Hotel Fariones for a week break in June 2024. The first thing I can say is that the hotel certainly has kerb appeal as you approach the building. On approach everyone remaining on our transfer made a comment as we were getting off that they wished they were coming in with us! As we entered the hotel we could see that the attention to detail was amazing and we knew instantly that we were in safe hands for our weeks holiday. The staff during our stay were brilliant. My wife has been learning to speak Spanish and every member of the Hotel Fariones team were polite and accommodating to my wife who on occasion needed help understanding or saying a specific phrase. A big shout out to Miguel, Oscar, Carla, Edgar, Harriet and Belaid to name a few made our stay as good as it could possibly be. The rooms, facilities and general surroundings to the hotel were some of the best we have seen and we have been lucky over the years to stay in many 5* hotels. The food was very good and there was something for everyone to choose from come meal time. Prices for food and drink were reasonable in our opinion. Our only piece of constructive feedback would be for more attentive service around the pools when it came to drinks but apart from that there is nothing else to be said. My wife and I stayed in at this great hotel for 10 days. The staff at reception where excellant. The room we got was lovely. The Restraunt food was brillant. The staff through out the hotel wher brillant. Will definately recommend this hotel . Hopefully going back next year. Thanks again for a great stay.

We came here on June 7th after changing our previously booked different hotel because the coach stopped to pick up some customer's and we were so impressed by the lobby. Anyway after our week here we can see why it's a true 5 star hotel. The room was spotless & modern, Cleaned & new towels everyday. The pool area was also spotless & the very well presented & polite staff are very friendly especially Michel. Our breakfast was fantastic & again loads of quality choices & spotlessly clean with very well presented hostesses in smart blue dresses. Our regular waitress Marina is a Credit to her job & very friendly . So overall it's worth the extra you pay for 5 star quality. We like it so much we're booking for March 25.

What a wonderful wonderful hotel. We cannot fault anything. All the staff are brilliant and made our stay memorable. The food is amazing. Do try the buffet breakfast and dinner. I am gluten intolerant and I did not have a problem. The gardens are absolutely amazing and the infinity pool is fabulous.

15 minutes from airport but no noise from landing/take off planes. Beautiful hotel right on beach with extensive grounds and 3+ pools. Food delicious. The staff are everyone smiling and helpful Especially Stephanie in reception; Mario who takes the bags and shows to room imparting great information; in dining room Alexandra & Marina. Highly recommend this hotel.

From the minute we walked into the reception area (which is an absolute masterclass in interior design), we knew we were in for a treat. What an amazing hotel this is. The landscaped gardens are beautiful , overlooking the sea and immaculately maintained. All of the staff, without exception, were welcoming and friendly and an asset to the hotel. There are several different areas to relax in and my gosh, this place is so chilled out and peaceful! Breakfast was great, every option you can think of and every taste catered for. Rooms are spacious, light and airy, with great views of the gardens and sea. We only ate at the hotel once on an evening, preferring to eat at the many great restaurants in the area. We chose the Asian restaurant at the hotel, which as is the rest of the hotel, beautifully decorated. The Taster Menu was very pretty to look at but unfortunately, wasn't for us. Ever so slightly pretentious and at €230 (including wine), not really worth the money. That's only our opinion though and I'm sure lots of people will disagree with us. 🙂 Staff were lovely though. We had an amazing week here and after only being home for a day, have booked again for next year. Ten nights next time though , as a week just wasn't enough. I visited this hotel just last week and it was amazing! The staff were brilliant, the food and drinks were unbelievable and the premises was like something out of a film. Location is perfect for all needs and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The beach is in the back garden of the hotel, the ***** is a 5min walk one direction and the old town is 5mins in the opposite direction. It was really a sense of paradise.

There are 5* hotels and there are real 5* hotels and Hotel Fariones doesn't disappoint. From the luxurious decor and finishing's to the amazing dinning experiences, everything about this hotel oozes quality. As you would expect from a 5* hotel, the staff were truly outstanding and we liked the fact they were always extremely well presented and uniforms impeccable. A Special shout out to the lovely man on the egg station in the morning, it must be one of the most important jobs in the hotel, getting everyone's eggs how they like them and conversing in so many different languages - he was a star! (sorry, wish I knew his name) The hotel throughout was spotless, bed sheets changed regularly, a pillow menu to choose from and lots of fluffy towels. The food is the hotel was of a very high quality, clearly using good quality products and ingredients and an extra bonus of it being hot, which is a rare find with a buffet service. Loved getting my Lavazza coffee in the morning. The outside space was idyllic. It was lovely to lie at the pool and hear the sea and the birds chirping and little parrots flying around. We could have been anywhere in the world - very special. The pool is a great size and wasn't freezing cold either considering it was April. Lots of sum beds through out the grounds, with nice quiet zones or easy access to the beach, again something to suit everyone. We stayed here for two weeks and could have easily booked in for a third. We will definitely be back soon.

We booked this 18 months ago after looking around the hotel. In fact, we booked it as soon as we got home . This was a treat from my wife to celebrate my 66th birthday. On arrival, our cases were unloaded, we went through check in and were upgraded to a room on a higher floor, which was great-the only downside was that the previous occupants hadnt checked out, so we had about a 2 hour wait until it was available. We were given a complimentary drink while we waited. The wait was worth it. The room was very large and the view was gorgeous and 5he 2 double beds were so comfy. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful . We used the services of the guest experience team several times and nothing was too much trouble. There was a good selection of food at breakfast. We ate dinner in the bar on our last night and Lucia and Pedro had agreed we could order food off of the more extensive lunch menu-thank you for that-the Cherne was delicious. We also ate in the Bella Lucia buffet one night and enjoyed the meal, but were shocked when paying that the cost was 53 euros each without drinks. This is currently the only restaurant on the website that doesn't have a menu and prices and this should be rectified. On my birthday, a delivery of a freshly made cake and decorations were delivered and this was a lovely gesture as we had not mentioned this at all. Thank you. The grounds are extensive and beautifully maintained. The pool staff were helpful with problems putting the parasol up. There was never a problem finding beds in a good location. Would we return? Absolutely, but I have got to start saving now for this.
