Nice hotel in the old town. Close to CAT Bus station and staff really helped us with recommendation to visit nearby places.

Bed is useless, i got body ache after sleep in the bed. Worst condition. Can hear people talk. No soundproof. Staff were good and good location.

2nd time being here. Really like the location also worth the price. Near chowrasta, kimberley, chengwoh, also the free bus stop (CAT). The AC is super cool, which I like. Perfect for solo traveller like me. The staffs there were also super nice. Especially the staff name Sutharsan. He showed me how to take bus from there to airport. It really saved me a lot instead of taking grabcar. Thank you for the great stay. I will stay there again for my next visit to penang.

A nice guesthouse with good location and great price. Easily accessible to most of the eateries and tourist attractions. Self check-in by the given codes for the front door and also room door. The 4th floor is definitely a hike but it wasn’t bad. I stayed the Queen Room with private bathroom, it was cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness just average but acceptable. The common space and water dispenser are provided. The only thing is parking quite a problem at the area.

I didn't expect I stayed in a strategic location. Located in the heart of Georgetown, I was able to visit many places in walking distance. Less than 100 meters, there's a rapid penang bus stop and 24 hrs convenience store!

The manager of Swing and Pillow @Malabar is very considerate and lenient. My request to change to Swing and Pillow @victoria with good reasons was granted without fuss. Will definitely book again the next visit to Penang.

The location is great, there is alot of shop nearby with just only walking distance. However the room we got was terrible. First of all the room is dirty, the floor seems to be very dusty and unhygienic, the bathroom doesn't even have a mirror, no table and chairs provided for our room but saw it was available at other room. the adaptor sockets are at weird location making it very inconvenient to use. The room is not soundproof at all, any sound can be heard from outside the room which make us felt like lack of privacy. The towel were very dirty, the towel that they provided for my room is full of stains and looks like a mat more than a toilet towel. Please improve in this issue, at least try to make improvement like providing mirror in the room and providing clean unstained towel.
