Nhân viên ở đây thái độ rất kém. Từ khi check in nhân viên đã như muốn đuổi khách rồi. Chưa thấy khách sạn 4 sao nào mà dịch vụ kém như thế này. Cần training thêm cho nhân viên về thái độ phục vụ. Tôi đã trải nghiệm rất nhiều khách sạn khác nhau và cũng làm trong ngành dịch vụ nhưng không thể thông cảm nổi. Chắc chắn không quay lại.

Très bon wifi Piscine cours de tennis et un petit parc pour enfants. L'hôtel est situé dans un complexe petro-chimique ! Les usines sont à l'extérieur. Il y a une épicerie dans un bâtiment derrière L'hôtel. Un restaurant a 100m et en fin d'après-midi un marché s'étire sur la route devant le complexe. Le personnel est super et parle l'anglais. Mention spéciale à Miss Thuy. C'est mon 2ème séjour ici et c'est toujours aussi agréable.
