Overall is Average, Aircon very noisy ,can't even sleep, need to upkeep a bit.

Overall unsatisfied with this accommodation. The sheets were very dirty when we arrived, when we asked for new sheets someone came to change them but the new ones were also dirty with crumbs and even hairs… The room looked like it was not cleaned at all, dust everywhere and the floor was gross. The bathroom had stains of previous visitours and even empty shower gell bottles. There were ants and bugs everywhere in the room and on the property. The restaurant was closed the first night we got there without explanation. The staff was not very helpfull or kind. They said there was a laundry service, but our laundry took two days and came back looking like it had not been cleaned at all. For all these problems the staff did not step up or try to find a solution. We paid relatively much if you take into consideration that all chalets were empty and considering our bad experience. Not worth the money in the slightest. Overall a bad experience and we recommend everybody to stay somewhere else.

Accueil pas très chaleureux … Nous avons eu une chambre en rez de chaussée très sale, étroite et pas tres bien équipée (télé bouilloire degeu tasses cintres et 4 serviettes qui sentent mauvais ) Allez ailleurs si vous en avez la possibilité ! Bien que la priorité sera toujours donnée aux malaysiens et ça c’est pénible aussi Je suis gentille j’ai pris des photos après avoir un peu nettoyé
