Black Diamond Hotel

Unfortunately the the hotel did not care to make our stay safe and comfortable and it has been a huge disappointment, despite me reaching out to the manager who was not on site due to his or her mother being in the hospital. Nobody dealt with our complaint in any professional form, and nobody offered any partial refund either. The room I was given was advertised as 10 meters squared bigger than it actually was. My friends had booked the same room type at the same price and were given a far bigger room. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they made excuses and did nothing about it. What a scam! Also, our car was taken by a staff member to be parked in a car park about 20 mins walk away from the hotel. We didn’t mind but needed to collect something we had left in the car later that night. When we got there, our car had been left unlocked the entire day. The staff member who accompanied us was surprised and apologized, however despite a formal complaint, no manager or supervisor reached out to us. The whole experience was awful and I would never stay there again. Furthermore, this hotel is not clearly marked on google maps and you will find yourself driving round and round in circles until you find some road signs.

I wanted to book a hotel with a sauna and swimming pool so The black diamond hotel was the ideal hotel for that, located in the center of the city. The rooms were clean and looked modern, the bed was also very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was pretty good as well although it was surprising to see I was the only one eating there. The pool and jacuzzi unfortunately had a bit of a weird smell. Besides a few small issues I can't complain too much about this hotel. 8/10

Sold me for 8 euros a beer at the bar. They said its normal here.. Tried to speak with the manager two times, she was beverte available. Constant fart amely at the room.. I'm not recommand this place.

Enjoyable stay. Excellent breakfast, better than anticipated. Very central location. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Would happily stay there again and recommend this hotel to other travellers.

I was looking for a modern hotel with a pool in a good location of Tirana for 3 nights for my family of 5 and found Black Diamond. Where do I begin, they helped with booking a car for 30 euro a day when other car rentals were saying 65 euro, the rooms were modern with good city views, the service was next level, the pool was a bonus for a quick dip during the hot days and the location was perfect for us. Parking is available which is important and the breakfast was probably the best we had during our 3 week stay in Albania which we stayed at 7 other hotels. I would definitely recommend to stay!

I stayed two nights during my visit to Tirana. Nice modern hotel with a decent breakfast. Great location not far from the city center. It 8s also a few meters from a supermarket. However, there is only one tiny elevator, which means a lot of waiting. Hotel bathrooms are not muslim friendly.
