"This studio was so nice. Simple design and lighting and a phenomenal view from the balcony! The ability to do laundry was exactly what I needed. The host lady was so sweet and offered any assistance she could while I stayed here! I would definitely stay here again."

"Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!"

"Nice location, newly opened hotel, clean. A bit noisy around 9pm from the restaurant neighborhood, but it’s ok since it stops after 1030pm."

"Superb location, friendly staff, and spotlessly clean. The decor was classic and understated. The bed was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was excellent, though I might have wished for a bit more fruit. Otherwise, it featured scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, burek, plenty of vegetables and olives, a wide selection of bread and spreads, Belgian waffles, yogurt, muesli, a huge variety of jams, and more. However, there were no extra amenities (such as a pool or a sky bar), just a single restaurant. While that's not a dealbreaker, it's a bit of a shame considering it's quite a pricey place to stay."

"酒店位置非常好，門口就是地拉那的清真寺和阿爾巴尼亞的國旗廣場，步行就能到市中心主要景點。房間整體乾淨整潔，設施齊全。需要注意的是，酒店不提供被子，櫃子裏有毯子，如果不夠可以去前台再要一條。 我住的是單人房，位於半地下層，旁邊有儲水箱，晚上隔音稍微有點差，能聽到一點聲音。早餐簡單但味道不錯。酒店總體來説性價比很高，適合獨自旅行的朋友。"

"Overall it was nice experience. The hotel Is really in city center with easy access to all locations. Just had truble with late chcekin On trip.com platform it was written as checkin is from 14:00 to 06:00 (next day), however hotel staff charged me extra 2€ for late checkin. But with the help of trip.come customer service I was able to fix it."
