Huge room, comfortable bed and pillows, great breakfast spread. Generally very quiet, although you can hear some noise from the stadium across the way. I'm a very light sleeper, and ear plugs were enough to block out the sound. Great stay!

I had booked a single room for 2 nights with last minute.com. When I arrived they could not find it. Ok, not the hotel fault if the provider did not send it. But the receptionist was very rude. She kept saying ”you have to pay or you cannot have the room”. I tried to explain that I had already paid and we should try to solve the issue but she only seem interested in getting rid of me. Luckily I was able to get quickly in touch with last minute, they contacted their provider that re-sent the reservation with the payment. I went back to the front desk and told them that they should receive shortly my reservation but once again she kept telling me ”you have no reservation”. I calmly explained that it would probably take a couple of minutes. I sat down and 2' later the other girl at the reception (definitely more accomodating but she clearly was not the one in charge...). brought me the room key and apologized. The rudness was unacceptable as it wasn't either mine or their fault but being a host they should know how to treat customers who keep their business running. The hotel itself is ok, old but well kept and in a convenient location. The room was clean, vert big shower, comfy beds. No complaints there.

He visitado muchísimos países, y en hoteles de todo tipo, y en alguna oportunidad me ha tocado pedir “late checkout” o lo que es lo mismo “salida tarde” porque mi vuelo de regreso a casa sale muy tarde ese día. En este caso pagué casi 600€ por prácticamente 2 noches, eran 3 noches, pero la primera noche llegué a las 2 de la madrugada del aeropuerto, es decir, prácticamente 2 noches, cuando en Albania los hoteles están muy baratos, pero preferí agarrar una cadena conocida por si acaso, Y AL PEDIR LATE CHECKOUT DE 2h porque mi vuelo salía a las 18:50h de la tarde, ME DIJERON QUE NOOOO, cuando el hotel estaba recién estrenado y estaba prácticamente vacío!!!!!!!! ME PARECIÓ MUY MUY MAL, TUVE QUE ESTAR DANDO VUELTAS POR TIRANA Y COMER SÚPER TARDE, PARA PODER HACER TIEMPO HASTA LAS 16h que me fui al aeropuerto. PIENSO RECOMENDAR EL HOTEL? NO!!!!, PIENSO VOLVER??? NO!!!!, no sólo por esto, sino porque está lejos del centro, el restaurant Terra del hotel es carísimo, y mira que a mi casi nada me sorprende, pero la diferencia de precios con el resto de la ciudad, me sorprendió muchísimo. Pedimos para comer unas mini chuletas de cerdo ibérico y un Angus rib y 2 aguas, y nos cobraron 135€, cuando en el restaurante ERA, que está a 50 metros del hotel, lo recomienda TripAdvisor, y nos costó un risotto exquisito, y 2 chuletones de angus de 1.200 gramos con guarnición de setas y verduras, más pan, más 2 aguas, más una Pepsi max, OJO 53€, de locura!!!! Y estaba todo muy bien, así que no se justifican los precios del hotel. El hotel es bonito?? Si!!!, es cómodo??? Si!!!, está prácticamente nuevo, lo inauguraron hace poco, pero eso no da derecho a que te cobren 5 veces más por comer en sus instalaciones, está a 1 km y medio o más de la plaza Skanderbeg y de todo lo que hay que visitar por la capital de Albania. Cet hôtel a absolument tout ! Il est très bien situé, à 15 mn à pied de la place Scanderbeg. Le personnel est charmant, serviable et très efficace : ils nous ont aidé pour trouver une location de voiture, nous ont imprimé les cartes d'embarquement et surtout... nous leur donnions la clé de la voiture et ils nous garaient celle-ci au pied de l'hôtel, ce qui est très appréciable à Tirana ! La chambre et la salle de bains (baignoire) sont très propres, la literie est de qualité. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très varié, copieux avec de très bons produits. Il y a un roof top - qui procure une vue étendue sur la capitale - avec une piscine, un bar et un restaurant. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Que demander de plus ?

Stayed here for four nights. Everything positive written already about this hotel is correct. Family run, no computer booking system and old keys for the doors, how it used to be. Situated in an unattractive back street but just minutes walk from the city centre. Our room wasn’t the biggest I’ve stayed in and was decorated a bit like Liberace’s back bedroom but it was clean and perfectly functional for a four night stay. We only ate in the restaurant one night, it was very nice, as good as anywhere else we went if not better. Breakfast as has been previously mentioned is huge and well presented. We even had it varied a little on our last morning. By far and away the most positive aspect at the hotel is the staff. As I said it’s family run, they can’t do enough for you, make you feel very welcome and well looked after. If I’m back in Tirana I’ll without hesitation stay there and I’ll recommend the hotel to anyone else I know visiting. Excellent.

Great place to stay when visiting Tirana. The location is excellent, walking distance from Skanderbeg Square (the heart of the city) but also in a quiet, safe area and not on a major road. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants close by, which is useful as the hotel does not currently offer breakfast or meals. The staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Klodi who went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasurable stay. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable with plenty of storage space, a TV, room safe, decent shower and bathroom, good lighting. There was a strong, reliable Wi-Fi signal and well functioning air conditioning, which was important as the outside temperature was 35 degrees + during our stay. The only issues that prevented me from giving a 5 star review was that the room, nice and clean on check-in, was not cleaned fastidiously during our stay, and the bed linen was not changed in the 5 nights we were at the hotel. In fairness, if we had requested a change of sheets this probably would have happened, but it is not something we should need to ask for. There also seemed to be a bizarre issue with the laundering of towels. They were removed from the room in the morning (even when we had only used them once) and not available until the evening, and we normally had to ask for towels at that time. So a shower during the day was not possible. There are no elevators at the hotel, which was not an issue for us, but a consideration for those with mobility issues. Overall, however, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Allure Boutique Hotel and we are grateful for a comfortable stay.

I was delighted by the quality, style and service of this hotel. Honestly, I could not have expected more. Contemporary styled public areas and rooms, with cool bathrooms, excellent shower and comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was very good. Also had a very good lunch there. Free access to a pretty luxurious spa was an unexpected extra treat. Nothing was too much trouble for the helpful, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

You can’t do much better than this place. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It has a great city center location, only about 1 km from Skanderbeg Square and 1 km from the Grand Park. All around the hotel are busy streets filled with shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, etc. – it seemed to be a very nice neighborhood. The gals at reception were super friendly and helpful. We were given a 10th floor room with a decent view across the city. The room was spacious, bright, and clean but we noticed that there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be attended to, like all the paint peeling off the window sills. The Wifi worked great, but we struggled to find any decent English programming on the TV. There was a good little fridge and a great shower – but watch the very, very slippery tiles on the shower floor, definitely a hazard. The room was well sound-proofed – almost no street noise. The free breakfast was superb – an amazing array of pastries, cakes, and breads and a small variety of hot dishes, and some fresh fruit. We had a look at the hotel bikes, but on close inspection they didn’t look all that reliable so we opted to rent some good bikes from the bicycle shop just down the street. Overall we had an amazing stay and loved the service at this hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers looking for an affordable place in Tirana.

L'hotel nulla di male, letti comodissimi. L'unica cosa che mi è successa è che una mattina mentre mia madre era fuori dalla stanza che era andata a prendere la colazione, io ero rimasto sotto le coperte (ero quasi nascosto perchè ero coperto fino a sopra) ad una certa sento la porta aprirsi e mi sveglio pensando fosse mia madre e invece no, era una donna delle pulizia che non vedendomi ha iniziato ad aprire tutte le nostre borse e ogni minima cosa di nostra proprietà poi mi sono fatto notare ed è uscita senza dire e prendere nulla, per non parlare di quando devono fare qualcosa che vogliono sempre la stanza libera. Prezzi del frigo altissimi solo perchè eravamo Italiani (1,50€ una bottiglia d'acqua da 100cc quando in un negozio qualsiasi in Albania con 1,50€ prendi due bottiglie da 2 litri.

Stayed at this hotel last week. The staff of the hotel are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They helped me find a place to eat, shop, etc. The hotel is located near good restaurants and shopping. The rooms are better than advertised and they gave me all my requests (extra pillows and towels). The bed was extremely comfortable. I stayed in the Deluxe Suite and the spa tub worked perfectly. I would stay here again if I visit Tirana.

Stayed here 3 nights. A nice stay overall. My room on 3rd floor not the biggest but clean and modern. Some minor traffic noise at night but wore earplugs anyway and slept OK. Fellow guests were generally over 35 years old and considerate. No noisy youngsters here. Staff helpful and efficient. Wake up call received on time. There is no gym at this hotel, contrary to some info online. Breakfast is fine for a short stay, might get bored with the options if staying longer. Very good service at breakfast from young lady waitress and two young waiters - it's mainly buffet but they will get you anything you need. Hotel is easily in walking distance to main sights in the centre for reasonably fit guests. I went on the free walking tour at 10am from outside Opera House on Skanderberg Square, and walked back to the hotel too, not too much effort. Bear in mind the Summer heat though, it will probably be 32c minimum until Sept. Asked hotel to book taxi from airport as arrived at midnight. They did this, though the police were at the airport moving taxi drivers holding names up away from the arrivals hall exit for some reason, maybe congestion, so mine had to call me to meet near the KFC sign nearby. Switch your phone on, just in case. Anyway I got to the hotel safely. The hotel pays the driver, you pay the 20 euros fare on check out. No need to watch the meter!

It’s like returning to the 1960s staying at this hotel. Great location on the main square but that’s about it. Demand a room with a view over the square. However be aware that you will hear the call to pray early & late & other noises coming from the square. It says it’s a 4 star but I would suggest that’s a stretch. The rooms are small. I had two twin beds in my room. The bathroom has a bath/ shower combo which I dislike. The décor overall is old fashioned with a touch of Communist era finishes. A new Inter Continental is being built behind this hotel which will be a better alternative. There are only two English TV stations available. For an “international” hotel the wifi is appalling, slow and unstable. And there are no power points near the beds for your devises. The front desk staff are sullen & a bit off handed. The dinner meal was very average. Breakfast has a good selection of hot & cold food although the hot food is not very hot. Nice to sit out on the balcony overlooking the square.

Very big room for single use . Clean. Good service. Nice breaksfast . The only missing thing was maybe wine in the minibar. Or a lounge bar to have a nice glas before going to bed . The hotel is in the very centar of the city . And thank God it's not to big .

L'hotel nulla di male, letti comodissimi. L'unica cosa che mi è successa è che una mattina mentre mia madre era fuori dalla stanza che era andata a prendere la colazione, io ero rimasto sotto le coperte (ero quasi nascosto perchè ero coperto fino a sopra) ad una certa sento la porta aprirsi e mi sveglio pensando fosse mia madre e invece no, era una donna delle pulizia che non vedendomi ha iniziato ad aprire tutte le nostre borse e ogni minima cosa di nostra proprietà poi mi sono fatto notare ed è uscita senza dire e prendere nulla, per non parlare di quando devono fare qualcosa che vogliono sempre la stanza libera. Prezzi del frigo altissimi solo perchè eravamo Italiani (1,50€ una bottiglia d'acqua da 100cc quando in un negozio qualsiasi in Albania con 1,50€ prendi due bottiglie da 2 litri.

It’s like returning to the 1960s staying at this hotel. Great location on the main square but that’s about it. Demand a room with a view over the square. However be aware that you will hear the call to pray early & late & other noises coming from the square. It says it’s a 4 star but I would suggest that’s a stretch. The rooms are small. I had two twin beds in my room. The bathroom has a bath/ shower combo which I dislike. The décor overall is old fashioned with a touch of Communist era finishes. A new Inter Continental is being built behind this hotel which will be a better alternative. There are only two English TV stations available. For an “international” hotel the wifi is appalling, slow and unstable. And there are no power points near the beds for your devises. The front desk staff are sullen & a bit off handed. The dinner meal was very average. Breakfast has a good selection of hot & cold food although the hot food is not very hot. Nice to sit out on the balcony overlooking the square.

The staff are very friendly and eager to be helpful. The room is fine, though some little things would improve it. There is no soap dish or shelf in the shower to put the soap or little shampoo and body wash bottles so they must be placed on the floor. There is nowhere to put the toilet paper roll either. They leave it for you on the sink edge - where it could get soaked if you keep it there [There is a douche though for those who don't use toilet paper]. There is only one available electrical outlet but it is conveniently located beside the bed. There were only three hangers and no hooks (this doesn't matter to us as we have our own travel hangers). There is a smart TV in the room which can play You Tube or your streaming services if you log into them. There is a refrigerator. The room has good black out curtains and there was no disturbing street noise. The breakfast is excellent. You help yourself to the food at the buffet. There are eggs, crepes, feta cheese, sliced hard cheese, some sort of deli meat slices, pickled cucumbers and peppers, olives, cucumbers, tomato, various fruits, .5% fat yogurts, excellent preserves, a Nutella type spread, white and whole wheat bread and croissants. They take your order for coffee or tea and it's brought to you. Cappuccinos are one of the choices. There is no safe in the room, so if that is a requirement for you go elsewhere. Also if you use hair conditioner or body/hand lotion bring your own. We wanted to be environmental but there is no ”Do Not Disturb” sign so we told them we didn't need our room serviced/cleaned. We returned to find that they had replaced all of the towels and even changed the sheets. I had left my towel clipped onto a hanger to dry so it should have been obvious that I intended to reuse it. Oh well- we tried.

I had booked a single room for 2 nights with last minute.com. When I arrived they could not find it. Ok, not the hotel fault if the provider did not send it. But the receptionist was very rude. She kept saying ”you have to pay or you cannot have the room”. I tried to explain that I had already paid and we should try to solve the issue but she only seem interested in getting rid of me. Luckily I was able to get quickly in touch with last minute, they contacted their provider that re-sent the reservation with the payment. I went back to the front desk and told them that they should receive shortly my reservation but once again she kept telling me ”you have no reservation”. I calmly explained that it would probably take a couple of minutes. I sat down and 2' later the other girl at the reception (definitely more accomodating but she clearly was not the one in charge...). brought me the room key and apologized. The rudness was unacceptable as it wasn't either mine or their fault but being a host they should know how to treat customers who keep their business running. The hotel itself is ok, old but well kept and in a convenient location. The room was clean, vert big shower, comfy beds. No complaints there.

A few general statements about your stay: - when deciding on a room without a sea view, you have to be aware that the view may differ from the pictures (I recommend taking a room with a sea view :)) - there is a swimming pool and a disco on the roof of the building, which results in quite a lot of noise in the evenings and at night on the upper floors of the building (you can change the room if it is a nuisance for someone) - there is only one all inclusive bar (a bit small for such a large facility) - the use of the swimming pool and bar on the roof, the bar on the pier is paid extra I am satisfied with the quality of the rooms at Klajdi Resort. Spacious and well-decorated rooms ensure a comfortable stay. The decor is modern and pleasing to the eye and the beds are comfortable. In addition, the rooms are well soundproofed, which contributes to a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Klajdi Resort's staff is courteous and helpful. Both receptionists and cleaning staff are always ready to answer questions and fulfill any guest requests. Only the pool bar and pool staff could be more smiling and helpful. Cleanliness at the Klajdi Resort hotel is maintained at a very high level. The rooms are cleaned regularly and thoroughly vacuumed. Sheets and towels are fresh and fragrant. In general, the entire hotel is clean and well-kept, which positively affects the comfort and hygiene of your stay. Location of the hotel Klajdi Resort is located directly on a free private beach, separated only by a promenade. The quality of the accommodation at the Klajdi Resort hotel is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the bathrooms are modern and functional. Regardless of the type of stay, I will find here everything I need to have a good rest and regenerate my strength. The value offered by Klajdi Resort Hotel is undoubtedly very good. I get a high standard of accommodation, professional service and cleanliness, all at a reasonable price. I am convinced that the quality of the service is fully in line with the cost of the stay, which makes me feel satisfied in terms of value for money.

He visitado muchísimos países, y en hoteles de todo tipo, y en alguna oportunidad me ha tocado pedir “late checkout” o lo que es lo mismo “salida tarde” porque mi vuelo de regreso a casa sale muy tarde ese día. En este caso pagué casi 600€ por prácticamente 2 noches, eran 3 noches, pero la primera noche llegué a las 2 de la madrugada del aeropuerto, es decir, prácticamente 2 noches, cuando en Albania los hoteles están muy baratos, pero preferí agarrar una cadena conocida por si acaso, Y AL PEDIR LATE CHECKOUT DE 2h porque mi vuelo salía a las 18:50h de la tarde, ME DIJERON QUE NOOOO, cuando el hotel estaba recién estrenado y estaba prácticamente vacío!!!!!!!! ME PARECIÓ MUY MUY MAL, TUVE QUE ESTAR DANDO VUELTAS POR TIRANA Y COMER SÚPER TARDE, PARA PODER HACER TIEMPO HASTA LAS 16h que me fui al aeropuerto. PIENSO RECOMENDAR EL HOTEL? NO!!!!, PIENSO VOLVER??? NO!!!!, no sólo por esto, sino porque está lejos del centro, el restaurant Terra del hotel es carísimo, y mira que a mi casi nada me sorprende, pero la diferencia de precios con el resto de la ciudad, me sorprendió muchísimo. Pedimos para comer unas mini chuletas de cerdo ibérico y un Angus rib y 2 aguas, y nos cobraron 135€, cuando en el restaurante ERA, que está a 50 metros del hotel, lo recomienda TripAdvisor, y nos costó un risotto exquisito, y 2 chuletones de angus de 1.200 gramos con guarnición de setas y verduras, más pan, más 2 aguas, más una Pepsi max, OJO 53€, de locura!!!! Y estaba todo muy bien, así que no se justifican los precios del hotel. El hotel es bonito?? Si!!!, es cómodo??? Si!!!, está prácticamente nuevo, lo inauguraron hace poco, pero eso no da derecho a que te cobren 5 veces más por comer en sus instalaciones, está a 1 km y medio o más de la plaza Skanderbeg y de todo lo que hay que visitar por la capital de Albania. Nice little hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Great Park Even if our room (”Ksamil”) was in fact in the basement of the building (nothing wrong with this, we knew it when we made the booking), it was very spacious and clean with a large, soft double bed and big bathroom. Very polite and helpful English-speaking staff. Parking lot behind the hotel has a limited capacity, but fortunately there weren't too many guests with cars, so we have managed to make the best use of it. It's a good idea to leave the car at the hotel and to go to the city center by taxi (on foot it takes at 30 - 40 minutes). It seems most taxi drivers aren't familiar either with this part of the town or the hotel itself, so you'll probably have to instruct them where to enter the maze of the little streets where the hotel is located (for a ride to or from Skanderbey Square expect to pay 350 - 400 ALL)

The staff are very friendly and eager to be helpful. The room is fine, though some little things would improve it. There is no soap dish or shelf in the shower to put the soap or little shampoo and body wash bottles so they must be placed on the floor. There is nowhere to put the toilet paper roll either. They leave it for you on the sink edge - where it could get soaked if you keep it there [There is a douche though for those who don't use toilet paper]. There is only one available electrical outlet but it is conveniently located beside the bed. There were only three hangers and no hooks (this doesn't matter to us as we have our own travel hangers). There is a smart TV in the room which can play You Tube or your streaming services if you log into them. There is a refrigerator. The room has good black out curtains and there was no disturbing street noise. The breakfast is excellent. You help yourself to the food at the buffet. There are eggs, crepes, feta cheese, sliced hard cheese, some sort of deli meat slices, pickled cucumbers and peppers, olives, cucumbers, tomato, various fruits, .5% fat yogurts, excellent preserves, a Nutella type spread, white and whole wheat bread and croissants. They take your order for coffee or tea and it's brought to you. Cappuccinos are one of the choices. There is no safe in the room, so if that is a requirement for you go elsewhere. Also if you use hair conditioner or body/hand lotion bring your own. We wanted to be environmental but there is no ”Do Not Disturb” sign so we told them we didn't need our room serviced/cleaned. We returned to find that they had replaced all of the towels and even changed the sheets. I had left my towel clipped onto a hanger to dry so it should have been obvious that I intended to reuse it. Oh well- we tried.
