"Booked in at last minute, room looked a little tired well worn chairs, fridge didn’t work, no shower curtain, no kettle. Asked for a second pillow and was told they didn’t have anymore. No one made the beds ( not that it mattered I’m happy to make my own bed) didn’t replace the dirty mugs or drinking glasses, no toilet paper in the toilet and room service didn’t replace it until I asked for some. Things could be better. Such a shame as it’s well placed for the city centre."

"Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the hotel restaurant, Alchimia Garden. Iordered the daily menu, which was Asian-inspired, and I almost cried. The food was good, but the plating was disastrous. After all, we are dealing with one of the most spectacular cuisines in the world... the chef didn't bother to do any Asian plating at all. The waiters were bored, as if they were waiting for me to leave and would occasionally they smoked e-cigarettes ar the counter. The atmosphere is beautiful and the decor is the same. I went with very high expectations and unfortunately I received 2 shrimp on a bed of salad. Food is eaten with the eyes first. "

"This is a very new hotel and management and staff are still trying to get it right. The reception was very friendly. My room, more like an apartment, was huge and well furnished. The location makes for good sleep quality. All spaces were very clean. The WIFI was a touch slow but OK. The hotel is let down by the area in which it is situated, this being an industrial site on the edge of town with a dirty stream right in front of it. On one day the hotel was quite full and the breakfast room was somewhat too small. I was told a restaurant is in progress of being added. There are no good eateries near the hotel and to get to the main historic centre a brisk walk of 30 minutes is required. The taxi ride costs around Lei 20. Overall, I was quite pleased with my choice and it is hoped, in time, that some of the shortcomings will be improved upon."

"I travelled for business in Targu Mures. Haller Boutique proved to be the best choice. Situated in the center of city with a delicious restaurant in the building . Nicely decorated and spacious rooms. The bathroom was very clean. Frendly staff. I can only recommend this place. I will definitely come back."
