OYO 18621 V Grand

We visited this hotel 2 days back and had the worst experience. We had booked 4 rooms. 1.The AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms and we complained to the reception very politely multiple times to which the receptionist said “this is how the AC will work. It won’t be very cold” we had the AC in the lowest temperature possible (16C but it felt like 28C) . After 5 hours they were ready to give us a different room. We still decided not to switch rooms as we were going to stay only for a couple of hours more. 2. There was a #HUGE RAT# in our room and also roaches. The WORST part was when we complained to the receptionist she sounded causal and said “oh… you have a rat in your room. Okay…”. She did not even apologise or at least sounded apologetic about the whole incident. We had a 9 month kid with us. What if something would have happened to the kid? No one cared about it. When we wanted to switch rooms because of the rodent incident, the receptionist cut off the power supply of the room even before we could take our luggage. We again had to call her and asked her to turn the lights on for the room. I have visited many hotels but this was the worst experience I have ever had. Even so we did not say anything to the hotel staff as we did not want to spoil our vacation. Our entire family was extremely polite to all the staff who helped us. But the service is very bad and god knows how people stay for more than a day in this pathetic hotel.

Good location and near to eateries and bus station. Parking space rather small. The so-called cafe looks more like a store room. Need major improvement on cleanliness. Toilet are not well maintained and cleaned.

For the amount you pay, this is an excellent value for money hotel which is well-maintained and conveniently located near the train station. WiFi is stdong inside the room and overall experience is good.

Great location, walkable from the train station. Huge rooms, very clean with comfortable beds. The 24 hour check in system is also handy when travelling by train. Breakfast was OK but it is the large and quiet rooms which made my stay very pleasant.

Worst experience. Cockroaches in the room , bed bugs , rude behavior of few staff , parking challenges. All over terrible experience. Even getting hot water was a big challenge. If you ask for tea, coffe will be served. So much water gets wasted due to poor hot water

All staff were very good honest and responsible and higene talking with respect, given good room service and thank you so much shirni aarti sakshi prakash and security duties all guys attending with respect to everyone very helpful
