Ulasan SRM Hotel Trichy

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in South India. From the cleanliness to room service to facilities available, everything has been beyond my expectations. The food buffet during lunch was excellent and the ping pong table and carrom board in the waiting area was perfect too alongside the swimming pool.

Alot of upkeeping needs to be done. Please clean the shower head and taps, rust and calcium build-up. TV was not working. Pillows provided was 2 but size smaller than standards. Breakfast was average. Black outs happened twice in a night and quickly came on which was good recovery.

A decent and good hotel.

We have arranged for a mega get together in SRM ,as a part of silver jubilee get together of RECT Batch of 1999. Amazing experience we had. The facilities are class apart. SRM's front office , house keeping, restaurants, Banquets team,room service are extremely professional and friendly. Special mention of Ms Patricia- Front office ,Ms Latha - Restaurant did an amazing job in ensuring that we had a best experience. Keep up the good work.

Rooms are good and bed is very comfortable.TMS is also very good specially shiva is very fast and helpful. My stay was very peaceful as the location is very nice.

We stayed in the villa. We got upgraded at no extra cost. The villa rooms are large with comfy beds. Restaurant serves tasty food with wide spread of cuisines. Grand parents to grand kids can eat at the same place. The hotel is very close to the airport. I recommend this place to families.

My stay at SRM Hotel was overall Good. The staff were very polite and carried themselves with a warm, welcoming attitude. Special thanks to Ms. Rohini for her extended support and attentiveness during my visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which added to the overall positive experience. One area that could use improvement is the toilet/bathroom. While the housekeeping team maintained cleanliness regularly, the plumbing work clearly needs attention — I observed leakages in several spots, which impacted the comfort slightly. Despite this, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend SRM Hotel, especially for the courteous staff and spacious accommodations.

The hotel is very good specially mr. Shiva kumar, Buffet Square and his staff are very generous. Food quality is awesome. We enjoyed delicious foods. May be added some more snacks in Buffet. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Around the hotel

The hotel is situated in a nice and peaceful location. The staff are friendly and smiling and go out of the way to help. Special mention to be made of Mr. Gunaseelan who made us welcome right from the first moment we stepped into the hotel and Mr. Ashraf Ali from the restaurant who encouraged us to visit the Amman temple which was not part of our plan. Mr. Prakash from the travel desk who took us around various places nicely. The hotel has a good table tennis table whose location could be a bit better. The hotel is neat and family friendly. Some of the infrastructure especially in the rooms could do with modernisation. The food in the buffet was good and overall the restaurant food was tasty. We however felt that the hotel was bit short of staff, which could cause delays in service especially when the crowd increases.
