Recent Stay in September 2024 – Feedback We checked in at 2 am due to a last-minute change after a long journey. Initially, there were no available rooms due to the hotel being fully booked. However, the receptionist was extremely helpful. He made several calls to nearby hotels but found no vacancies. Finally, he offered us a room that had been reserved for a guest who failed to arrive by 2 am. 1. Receptionist Service: The receptionist handled everything professionally. He was very helpful, and the check-out process was impressively quick taking no more than a minute. The entire experience was well-organized. 2. Room Quality: o Suitable for 2 people, with a stable Wi-Fi connection. o The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with basic amenities. Despite being located in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet. o The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. o Price was reasonable 3. Location: The hotel is in a perfect location, just a 2-3 minute walk to shopping spots like Chennai Silks and Saratha, and very close to restaurants. It's also near Uchi Pillaiyar Temple, making it ideal for sightseeing. I highly recommend staying here!

The room we were assigned was insufficiently spacious to accommodate our family of three, and the hotel failed to provide a supplementary bed for our child. To exacerbate the situation, we discovered a cockroach infestation within the room. Our request for coffee at 6:15 am was met with a dismissive response, informing us that it would not be available until 7:30 am. Consequently, we were compelled to check out early, only to observe the hotel receptionist leisurely enjoying a cup of coffee.

The hotel is at a prime location and the services and ambience of the hotel was very good. Only one issue was there so i deduct one star, waldorf or any almirah was in the room.

The hotel's ambience is very good and at a good location i got through the make my trip application and the morning breakfast was very good.

It was excellent experience and got a comfortable bed and everything was clean and hygiene. Really enjoyed the stay. Staffs are very helpful and the parking space is available. It looks like 5 star hotel stay at this cheap cost

I choose it with rating on makemytrip. It was a good stay. Food is good. Room ac is also very good. U can find everything near by. Other services are average.

Excellent no complaints with hotel, services are really good. Sangeeta restaurant little bit expensive compare with others. It's very near to city bus stand
