Vivid A Boutique Hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location for all places and opp chathiram bus stand. Its very close to visit srirangam and jambukeswaram temples. Transport is easily available. Samayapuram and thanjavur buses available just opp. The hotel has good clean rooms with all amenities and daily housekeeping. Excellent breakfast.

Very dusty everywhere in the room, not bothered when even complained it's very dusty didn't want to change room. Your staff can ask me is it dusty because I opened the window. You really think we are stupid to do that? Very rude staff speaks with high pitched tone of voice. I adviced it's okay since no room we might as well shift elsewhere that option wasn't given as well since they can't refund money. Don't be greedy when you can't be delivering clean rooms. Owners please take note your service level here isn't as you expect when you depend on your staff who are rude and fights back.

Cozy & clean, spacious, well-lit rooms, trained and courteous staffs, gym facilities. It's a perfect pleasant stay @Vivid. Restaurant food (ala carte) is ok but little pricy.

Rooms are not clean. Only appearance is good but facilities are not upto the mark. Not worth for money. It's amenities are equal to lodge. No ventilation provided in rest room.

Hotel located in prime location opposite to bus stand and easily visible and accessible to bus commuters. The room is neat and tidy with all required amenities the service is good and value for the money paid. Morning breakfast was decent with limited options but the taste is good

Property location is not good. It us front if a bys stand with lot of chaos. Food and stay is very good
