Hotel Govind Heights

I didn't stay at the hotel at all.

Room is completely dirty, bed and linen are very shabby, no television working in the room, water leaking in bathroom and not even mirror is available in the room, a complete waste of money

Were disappointed as soon as we entered the hotel room. The bathroom was very dirty as if not cleaned for ages. There was mold growing around the bathroom door and walls. The bucket and mug was so dirty that one would not even touch it so we had it replaced. The mirror which was supposed to be fixated above the wash basin was lying around in a cupboard. The taps were old and one of them didn't work at all. The television was just for show, it doesn't even work. The cupboard door was broken with the mirror lying in it and the mirror was so dirty and old that one could not make out their own reflection from it. Utterly useless. The blanket had holes in it and there's no assurity of the bedsheet/blankets/pillow covers/towel to be properly cleaned and sanitized. The ac made too much noise to bear with and we weren't even provided with an ac remote to operate it according to our convenience. And the worst of all is that the hotel had no generator! there was a power cut the whole night and we couldn't bear sleeping in the heat. We booked ac room for what joy? sleeping at the bus stand would've been easier. We for a long while were left with no option but to come down to the lobby for some air and definitely ended up helping mosquitoes breed their species. We were utterly disappointed and complained to the owner. What's more irritating is that there's no receptionist and the care-taking people manage it. They are helplessly useless. Had to keep calling the owner so that we can check out. The owner gave us a 500 rupees refund. This room definitely ruined our trip.

Worst. Not comfortable for a family. Rooms are not good. There is no person at the front desk to assist

Booked the hotel as having good reviews and rating, but disappointing experience. No hot water. Ac remote and tv remote not available. Fan speed was also set to 1 and 5 only. Cockroaches were roaming in night. Toilet flush were hard to use. Cleanliness was very poor for room.

Our stay at Hotel Govinda heights is an excellent experience and fully happy with the best behavior and treatment by the lady staff. Thanks 👌

Very bad hotel photos are duplicate and no over cooperative staff very bad condition room and the hotel is so far and washroom is not clean from 6 month as all utensils are not washed

The room is-in pathetic state. Washroom door doesn't have the lock, no hangers. The good thing is staff is responding. Nd atleast beds are clean.

Bathroom was not clean. There was continuous water leakage and no service from the hotel staff.
