we reched in hotel at night 12 am and dont have car parking place and google locatin also showing other lodge name and small roads are there and rooms are not cleaned and get bad smell and cockroach is there totally bad experience place to my family

It's very old property. some rooms are UNDER renovation. Staff and receptionist just so so , far from satisfactory service. Rooms are dirty, beds, bedsheets, furniture old. wash room pathetic . parking very limited. Road view concealed with Garuda bridge.
I raised my concern and discomfort at hotel . But, all rooms in the are like that only , no other choice to customer. also did lip service and did good justice to the hotels, leaving customer in soup.
If you have no choice, better do not opt for Govind heights.
Location: Road facing, but concealed with Garuda fly over.
Premises: Like a slum, with garbage entrance.
Staff: Do not keep any expectations on good service.
Management: Just give a key and no interest in customer's concern.
cupboards, morror set: Dusty, nonfunctional, shabby, May fall on your feet if you touch.

Unhygienic bathroom, no neat rooms. Not clean bed covers. Water is not hot. Very bad experience. Pics in display not what they offer

The rooms are not well maintained and the hygiene is worse. Although the staff is quite well behaved, the rooms are quite a mess.

I booked non ac rooms for two days in the month of december 2024. We reached the hotel and post our check in we saw rooms with tiles on the wall. Cockroaches everywhere. Then i thought to check bathroom and it was terrible. I don’t think so they have ever cleaned it. There was thick layer dust on commode n on bathroom bucket. Horrible experience to stay
