At the check in hotel first said no rooms as i have come at 6pm for check in and the check in time ends at 1pm. So he told me to leave the place and search for a hotel. Later when i asked room boy how you can allot a room which is already book. Hotel provided a room which was terrible and not cleaned no hot water and mosquitos again when as complained to mm t for a room change or refund they told hotel denied both. Worst experience in my life and i highly don't recommend this hotel

No towel & bath soap & atleast bottle of water provided in the bathroom, no car parking and no place for the driver to sleep.

Poor service and staff are rude. No parking facilities. I informed about late check in via number mentioned in mmt. But as per staff there is no such number

Good value for money for group travellers. Located very near to tirumala ghat road entry and check point. Courteous staff. Lift available. Room and toilet clean and ac is working. No restaurent but room service available. Food not a problem since adyar ananda bhawan is adjacent. On the negative side parking is limited and bedsheets are a bit old.

Booking on make my trip made the process so much more easy, just go and have a good night's rest, i'll be using make my trip for all the travels now

Hi, its very nice and best stay for thirupathi. Cheap and best stay in their place. Hills view'and everything thing is good

we had booked 4 double bed AC deluxe room and one Tripple bed AC room . But when we reached there, @ midnight with 4 children's aged between 2 yrs. to 4 yrs. we were forced to take one 6 bedded Ac room, one Tripple bedded ac room and one double bedded ac room. we were asked to complain, and said do not talk to us. if you want to take these rooms, otherwise you can look for other hotels. they were very rude. just imagine carrying the kids at midnight, we had no option. I am looking forward for value for money, as my other colleague s are not at all satisfied with the service and behavior.
