The people were kind , helpful and very kind and polite. I am definitely booking for my next visit and staying a week at least

we have been there for a chill weekend , overall it was a great experience , the main issue was the cleanliness . The staff was amazing and very helpful thank you

Beautiful hotel on the Lalla Setti plateau above Tlemcen. There is a wonderful cable car connecting the hotel to the old town - though it closes for Tuesday afternoons (which is when I arrived!). Taxis can still ferry you up - and I could use the cable car the following day. The hotel itself is great - with an amazing breakfast buffet. There's a bar also offering alcoholic drinks! Staff are lovely.

Hôtel magnifique mais service à revoir. Aucun sèche cheveux alors que nous avions un mariage de réserver dans l’hôtel. Les fer à repasser étaient tous défectueux. La piscine est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est correct avec un large choix.

Excellent Hoel, 5 star, nice breakfast variety, big swimming pool, nice rooms,nice people , welcoming, Tlemcen is historical place to visit, eat and enjoy ur time, next to the hotel there is funfair and park lalla Stti , where you ride up on the cable car and enjoy stunning views and serene natural environment

Honestly, we were insulted from the moment we entered. I’ve never been treated so poorly where we paid so much money to get a room. We were stranded one night and decided to book two rooms at the last minute. I put it on my credit card through *******. Upon checking in, we were grilled about the state of our relationship, which I understand is important if we were sharing a room, but our rooms were on opposite sides of the hotel on different floors. I was then taken to the back of reception to show my face under my niqab to prove that my credit card was my own. It was a very uncomfortable check in process. Also, the bellhop would not bring our suitcases to both rooms. Just one. So my partner had to carry his suitcases to his own room. We arrived late so we went to the buffet, it was good food. They asked us to pay cash, but we did not have it on us, so I asked if it could be charged to my credit card that was registered with the hotel. The woman’s attitude was rude and said yes, but we have to do it IMMEDIATELY And that we had to go downstairs to reception to charge my card. Fine. After a long awkward process, I signed the receipt and we decided to take a walk on the grounds of the hotel. After two minutes, a man came running up to us. Not walking. Running. Apparently they had asked me to sign the merchant copy. I’m not sure why this could not have waited until we returned in the hotel. But this was a big awkward emergency as well. Honestly, I felt disrespected. I understand there are rules and different customs. But an international hotel should be a little bit more aware. I was looking to have a wedding inTlemcen, it won’t be here. Service is 0/10.

Good location , good breakfast , pool was big, beautiful hotel, but the lamps was dusty , no shower, only bath tub. I would go back .gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

We enjoyed our time passed in the Renaissance Hotel, the Rooms were very nice and spacious. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable and the staff was helpful and attractive to what we need. The breakfast & dinner staff was very friendly and helpful specially with my parents (thank you). Excellent food with a multitude of of choices (prices little high) I recommend Renaissance Tlemcen

This is totally the best hotel i ever tried in algeria , the rooms are super clean and well decorated , the beds are super comfy , the staff are angels not even humans , the food and the room service are on another level . The location could not be better you can see all tlemcen from there and its super safe and calm This was my best experience ever i can't wait to visit you guys again mush love ♥️

Nous sommes partis pour un week-end en famille toujours avec quelques appréhensions mais nous avons été agréablement surpris, l'accueil été très chaleureux et professionnel, l'hôtel est aussi magnifique que sur les photos, les chambres que nous avons occupés étaient propre et spacieuse, le seul petit bémol c'est les portes des sanitaires qui ne se ferme ni a clé ni complètement, c'est des sortes de volets et quand on est en famille ça peut posé problème, sinon le restaurant " al bustan" était divin, le personnel merveilleux tous souriants et polis aussi l'hôtel est très bien situé, aussi prêt de la nature que de la ville, je crois avoir tout dit, merci pour cette magnifique expérience qui nous a fait beaucoup de bien et qui nous laissera de magnifiques souvenirs, nous reviendrons très bientôt, je l'espère. Seul conseil : allez-y sans hésiter 👍🏻

Femme à l'accueil désagréable (lunettes, cheveux longs), en plus elle se trompe en nous donnant les chambres (on demande communicantes et elle nous donne des separées). Elle ne s'excuse même pas quand on redescend lui dire. Les ascenseurs sont en panne...Pas de piscine intérieure. On nous donne une chambre vue sur le parking alors que beaucoup sont disponibles vue montagnes. Nourriture pas bonne du tout.

très belle hôtel très bien situer sur les hauteur de Tlemcen de lala Séti personnel très professionnel et très agréable parkings disponible et très grands un Park urbain a proximité avec pleins d'activités et attractions pour familles et enfants

excellente équipe professionnelle nous nous sommes senti en famille je tiens a remercié particulièrement Mr Hassan pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse il ne ménage aucun effort pour la satisfaction de la clientèle j'adresse aussi mes plus grand remerciements a toute l'équipe
