Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Tokyo

Location is excellent. It’s next to Tokyo Dome. Good location if you have booked events like baseball or wrestling to watch. There are breakfast and food options nearby like Sizzler, Starbucks and Mcdonalds. Breakfast and food in hotel is a bit expensive. It’s also within 5 to 10 mins walk to Korakuen and Suidobashi JR stations. The only weakness is that the gym is not free. You need to stay in the executive rooms to be free. Otherwise you need to pay about 1600 yen for it. Service is also good. Overall it’s a nice hotel with good service that I don’t mind staying again.

The hotel was very big have multiple towers for guests to stay in. The location was also very convenient and very close to the train station. One improvement point is the staff at lobby was not too polite. While the housekeeping staff were quite nice and also greet all the guests that pass by their cart. The room was okay but old so have a bad smell and things were torn out due to the age.

We wanted a hotel right next to Tokyo Station as we were traveling by Shinkansen, and it doesn't get much closer than this. Like many modern hotels in Tokyo located in office towers, the actual lobby isn't on the ground level. This was a little annoying but it is what it is. Our room was spacious as expected, with views of Nihonbashi and the east side. Plenty of room to open up our big suitcases. The chaise longue next to the windows was a comfortable place to spend time on. The bathroom had a large wet room, equipped with a rainshower next to the bath tub. The glass wall meant that one could be in the bathroom and look out not only at the room, but at the rest of Tokyo if curtains were drawn. My main complaint was the shortage of TV channels with English or non-Japanese broadcast. We stayed in local Japanese hotels where they offered more international programming, so why didn't Shangri-La?! Service was otherwise fine, with check-out available via the Shangri-La app on one's mobile phone.

Please note: this review is for South Plaza Luxe King. I decided to upgrade to Luxe King (from Luxe Queen) at the hotel for my 2nd and 3rd night. (trip.com still has my original bookings in the system, so that’s why the room type is different than my review). I previously wrote a review about the Luxe Queen, and I thought that room was great, but, I wanted to see the difference, and as I said in the last review, I always prefer a separate shower. Extra benefits from upgrading… — Separate shower, which I usually try to get. — Wider bed. — More space inside the room, and more storage space. One thing that doesn’t change much is the view. Or at least I don’t think it’s a noticeable change. I think some Luxe Queens can also have the same view (as the Luxe King) depending on their location across the width of the building. The corner room just had a different angle, but views from both rooms were great. I admit that I did see Mount Fuji at one point when it got really clear in the afternoon (on one of the days), but in general, the views are the same from both rooms. Also, maybe it depends what view you want… government building vs urban sprawl. You get both views from both rooms, it’s just that the angle changes. Did I have to upgrade no? But I wanted to try it and see the difference for next time. I believe both the Luxe Queen and Luxe King are excellent, and paying more you really do get some extra benefits. However, the Luxe isn’t cheap to start with, so I guess it depends on your budget. I think the Luxe King room is excellent.

Had a good stay at this place. It is only about 7 mins' walk from the Shinjuku Gyoemmae station on the Marunouchi line. When you exit from Exit 2, turn left, turn left and go straight down the road about 5 mins till you come to the main road, turn right and you see the Citadines signboard. The studio double that we booked was well equipped - there was just about everything - microwave oven, kettle, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls. Located at a quieter part of Shinjuku but plenty restaurants, 7-eleven, lawson and family mart nearby. Service was good . We left our baggage there when we checked out and came back for it later before leaving for the airport.

Tinggal di ke-5 di sebelah kiri, begitu dekat dengan Stesen Kereta Api Bawah Tanah Tsukiji, 2 minit berjalan kaki dan 10 minit ke Pasar Tsukiji. Walaupun tiada apa-apa yang sangat lazat berdekatan, ia adalah mudah untuk pergi ke Ginza, Asakusa dan Ueno, dan ia juga lebih dekat dengan Disney. Perkhidmatannya OK. Setiap hari ada orang mengemas dan menukar tuala. Zhong boleh memilih untuk menghantar dua botol air untuk pembersihan mudah. Terdapat mesin basuh di tingkat 2, gim tidak dibuka, dan restoran (walaupun tidak ada makanan yang enak), tetapi sekurang-kurangnya ada. Tab tandas cukup besar dan dalam. Tilam selesa, tetapi bantal terlalu lembut. Kesemuanya diautomatikkan secara elektronik OK ~ baik. mengesyorkan. Lebih baik jika terdapat mesin basuh di sebelah bilik. Kerana memang kena tunggu dan bawa balik, jadi saya memilih untuk tidak membasuh baju beberapa hari ini. Di tingkat bawah terdapat produk penjagaan kulit dan minyak pembersih yang boleh anda bawa, dan anda memerlukan DHC, yang sangat bagus.

The hotel is very special, full of design style, antique and charming. The service provided by the lady at the front desk is great. There is also a service box at the front desk, which contains gadgets that are used daily but are easy to forget. It is very considerate and adds to my good impression. The room is very simple, but the slippers and toiletries provided are very high-end, better than those in some star hotels. There are also many kinds of breakfast, with a good mix of meat and vegetables. It is a very satisfying stay experience. Highly recommended.

A real gorgeous hotel with the most spectacular view I have seen. You can lose yourself just looking at the passing ferries and skyline. Very beautiful lounge areas. Lobby a tad small. Reception is impersonal and brisk. But I received great service from the bellboy who can speak Indonesian! What amazing experience. Although there's station outside the hotel but the main subway lines we used often are 10mins walk. Midway there's a beautiful large public park with ducks ponds etc (pay small fee). Walk is a little tiring at end of shopping trips and winter cold though. Overall 9/10.

非常好，我跟你們說真的很滿意，首先就是這個酒店門口有一個下樓的電梯，下去就是東京站，非常非常方便。不過上來的建議走地麪，因為地下鐵東京站線路非常亂，走地上出口2分鐘也就到了。交通就非常便利👍 還有就是到那如果想把行李寄存以後就出去玩也很方便，交給管家，他就幫你把行李直接放在房間裏了。 房間挺大的，最重要的是熱水夠熱也很沖，不喜歡沖的也可以調小，我是喜歡那種超級大水壓洗澡的。非常滿意

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.
