Loving this boutique hotel, the design is amazing and the little coffee shop in lobby is fashionable too.

The room was clean and staff was nice. There was a simple kitchen in the room for us to cook. The noise from the train nearby was obvious during daytime but it was quiet after midnight as the train stopped service.

The hotel is located close to the train station so it is very convenient for us tourists. The staff is very friendly and does understand English but you'll have to speak a little slowly. Thank you for the awesome stay!

Book a room for 4 pax. The room is clean and new. Location is well connected to Shinjuku and Ueno Ginza. Some Chinese eateries near the hotel too. Not so good are 1. Room is small for 4. No place to put 4 luggage. 2. Wall is hollow. Keep hearing foot steps. 3. Hear clearly trains passing by

The location is quite convenient with 7-11, restaurants and subway stations nearby. The hotel is quite new and clean. The room is small but it has everything we need. The only issue is they don't provide luggage storage after check out.

Just enough space for a family of 4. Good staff and service. Laundry included. Car park nearby. Microwave and fridge included. Shower is hot. Beds are clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this room. The room was excellent with its cleanliness and the staff members were incredibly friendly. The location was also perfect, offering convenience and accessibility. However, we must mention that there was a minor issue with the hot water pot as it had a water leakage problem. Despite reporting the issue, it unfortunately remained unresolved. Nevertheless, apart from this small inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful room and ideal location.

The location is okay! It's close to the metro and JR line! They can help you with your luggage and the staff is friendly! It was convenient and good to use the bank key with the QR code. 3 adults used it, and there were various amenities in the room, so we used it well!! However... the stairs are narrow and steep, so it's the 2nd floor?! It's a bit difficult to go up and down.. It's scary ㅎㅎㅎ The tracks are right next to it(?), so you can hear a lot of noise at night and in the morning. There are earplugs provided as amenities next to the front desk, so it helps if you use them. However, I didn't know because I arrived at night and fell asleep because I was tired. ㅋㅋㅋ I used it with satisfaction!

How come this hotel doesn't have a four-diamond rating? I don't know how it was rated. I was seriously misled when I booked the room. There were hairs on the edge of the wash basin, and there were foreign objects in the gap between the upper bunks that could be seen from the lower bunks. The hotel didn't even provide free drinking water, which was the first time I encountered this. I could only buy it at the supermarket. The air-conditioning was only warm on the upper bunk, and the lower bunk was very cold. The room was already crowded for three people. Is this a common phenomenon in Tokyo where every inch of space is valuable and rooms are small?

The location and facilities were great! The interior structure was unique and the beds were cozy, so I slept well. However, since the subway runs right next to it, it gets really noisy after the first train, as if a natural disaster had occurred..! It's okay if you just sleep and leave early!

This hotel is very good, conveniently located and neatly organized! Since I booked a suite in Japan, this room type is more than enough for 4 people, but unfortunately I only booked it for 3 nights. I booked a hotel room in other places with this hotel brand, and the pictures were also very attractive. I will definitely recommend it to my friends!

The hotel is clean and the counter service is very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location. There are 711, McDonald's, Udon and various restaurants nearby. There is also a train station in less than 3 minutes. However, if all four of you have the largest suitcases, it is recommended to choose a larger room!
