We absolutely loved our stay here and would talk about it for the rest of our trip, even now as we are back home, we look back at our days spent here and it was the peak of our trip to Japan. Staff was really friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.
The sauna and cold tub soak in our room were the highlight – it truly made our stay even more relaxing having those amenities in the comfort of our own room. And in the lobby, they have bicycles for us to rent to explore Lake Yamanaka and it was so beautiful. And let me tell you about their breakfast!! Delicately prepared with the best scrambled eggs, rotating through our stay. There is a bus stop conveniently located right outside the hotel to take you to places but do note that buses come once every hour. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a respite from city life and away from tourists filled places.

Excellent location, a quiet haven in a bustling area. We did switch room types once during our stay, but overall, everything was great. Highly recommend.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. Since it's a new hotel, it was very clean. Although it's located between Mitsukoshimae, Nihonbashi, and Ningyocho, I actually liked that it was quieter here. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and Mitsukoshimae is the only department store. I highly recommend the chocolate shop nearby; it's delicious!

While hotels in Japan can be pricey, you can't go wrong with this one – it has no major downsides. However, a word of advice: it's best to opt for a twin room. Single rooms are quite small, whereas twin rooms are similarly priced but offer significantly more space and better natural light.

The room was very large for Tokyo standards.
You can leave your luggage at the reception area before and after checking in.
Reception staff speaks English.
Hotel is 100% less than 8 minute walk to Mitsukoshimae 三越前 station.
We pushed our luggages and ski bags to Nihombashi 日本橋 station to catch the tube to Narita Airport and it was a 10-12 minute walk.
Amenities provided: toothbrush etc, slippers, bath robe
The only suggestion I could give is add room light switches near the door instead of just next to the bed.
Overall, very good value for money and great location. We enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Hotel cleanliness was somehow good overall but the bed were too close to the floor. Not an ideal for people who have dust sensitivity. The receptionist was giving a bit of an awkward interaction. Great locations in a quiet neighbourhood.

A funky little hotel with only 2 rooms on each floor. Our room was an Ok size but there bed had no space on either side, the basin was in the room not the bathroom, the fridge was the smallest I have ever seen but there was a small 2 seat lounge. Unfortunately no ice machine or microwave in the hotel.
There was a 7-11 200 meters away and the station was an 8 minute walk, but you needed to use buildings to find a lift down to the under ground.

The room was bigger than I expected, with enough space to open my suitcase. The downside is that they only offer Chinese amenities, and none of the front desk staff speak Chinese.

Location was great, easy to travel to popular areas like Ginza, Akiharaba, Shibuya etc!
Staff was very friendly, almost all spoke English and they made sure we were comfortable at every turn.
Housekeeping was spick and span, rearranged as if we were staying there for a first night but may have threw our mini travel essentials sachets mistakenly. Keep your essentials organised and you should be fine!

First, this is a new hotel ard one month in operation when I stayed there. I like the multi-national service team there, they are helpful and friendly. They also helped me call a restaurant to make reservations and received a package for me before I arrived in Tokyo.
But as a new hotel, there are teething problems. First night, I wanted to check in around 11pm or so, but had to wait at the lounge for some time till around midnight while they said they were fixing the fridge in my room. Then, for the first two nights, I realised my aircon wasn’t working properly. I asked them to try fixing it on the second day but nothing happened. Finally, I requested on the third night to have my room changed which, thankfully, they did. On the second night, I also realised the over-enthusiastic cleaner threw away my sachets of skincare, which I carefully placed all of them in a cup for continued use. Guess the cleaner is not familiar with how hotels are usually sold cleaned and to only throw items which are placed in the rubbish bin. Then please note there is no TV across their rooms at all. And the emergency exit is in the shower cubicle. Indeed, as a solo traveller I am rather afraid someone might burst into my shower when I am bathing through the emergency door… It is nice that there are balconies but there is no view…
The hotel is also far away from Tokyo station. Contrary to their advice, the cab fare is not just the flagging rate of around 500 yen or so. The eventual fare was 1,100 yen. So be aware of this as you decide to cab there from Tokyo station. It is like a 7-min walk from Mitsukoshimae station if I recall the name correctly, so it’s still alright.

Regarding some of the problems to avoid misunderstandings, I would like to provide the following answers to the question you have raised.1, We apologize about the refrigerator issue and thank you for your patience. 2, Regarding the Airconditioner, we are sorry it affected your experience.However, as a matter of fact, after we have been told the AC seems not work effectively we have changed your room, while our front desk staff also checked the AC for the whole night that it shows operated normally. If you have any questions about how to use it, it is alright to contact the front desk staff at the first time. And also our staff are pleased to provide the manual to how to set it. Thank you for your suggest that we will also consider placing simple English and Japanese versions of air conditioning instructions in guest rooms in the future.3, We apologize for the misunderstanding of the use of the cup. For the sake of the health of subsequent guests, we also suggest that guests please not to use cups for non-drinkable liquids such as cosmetics. That’s why the cleaning staff also cleaned the unknown liquid in the cups neither than just leave the liquid in the cup when clean the room, which to avoid any healthy matters. I hope this won’t happen if our staff have been told that liquid in the cup needs to be keep during the clean up. If you have any special cleaning request, please feel free to ask the front desk, and we will take it more carefully.4, Unfortunately, in order to provide our guests with a quiet environment, our hotel does not offer TVs. You can confirm this in the hotel facilities description when you booked it. 5, According to the laws and regulations of Tokyo, it is mandatory to have 2 safety exits per room to ensure the safety of guests in case of an emergency, which is a basic safety precaution in a city with a high incidence of earthquakes. Therefore, we emphasize that the exits are only to be used in case of emergency, and the exits are designed so that they cannot be opened from the outside, so that guests do not have to worry about privacy and safety at all.And it can be noted that there is also a protective cover on the internal door lock of the escape switch, which means that in exceptional circumstances and accidents, the escape passage inside the bathroom will not be opened by anyone. The escape passage outside the bathroom also does not have direct staircase facilities, and can only be opened by firefighters to allow people to enter. 6, Regarding transportation, the nearest stations to our hotel are [Nihonbashi Station] and [Mitsukoshi-Mae Station]. Of course, if you take a cab, the cost will vary depending on the route and the time of your ride (Tokyo cabs charge extra at night).You can confirm the transportation information in the hotel's facility description or ask us individually.Finally, we would like to apologize once again for any inconvenience caused during this accommodation. great top floor room, lots of space and privacy, nice little balcony. the room is equipped with everything we needed.
some of the front desk staff was a bit rude/lacking, but our stay was overall a great experience
