Excellent and friendly front desk with automated checkin machine. Room amenities are complete. Can view Mr Fuji on the rooftop garden during clear day.

An amazing hotel that far exceeded my expectations for the price. The transportation is very convenient, right next to the Keikyu Line and the airport monorail station. The decor is stunning, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. The absolute highlight is the fantastic view from the room and the rooftop terrace. This room type faces the airfield directly, offering an unparalleled view. The rooftop terrace is even better.

The carpet with the runway pattern is quite interesting, and the view is excellent, you can watch planes take off and land.

Booked this hotel to catch an early flight. There's a shuttle service to the airport starting at 4:30 AM, which was perfect for us. The front desk staff was incredibly polite and even spoke Mandarin and Cantonese. He told us his favorite Chinese actor is Bruce Lee, which was so cool! We met such nice people in Tokyo.

The service is 5 star. The hotel is great if plan to travel from Haneda airport. There is a monorail and train just 100m from the hotel. If youhave the time, takea ride towards Tokyo on the panoramic monorail. There are food and drunk vending machines and microwave which From the rooftop, you can see Mount fuji(on a clear day), Tokyo Tower and Sky Tower. Great sunset and sunrise views too. Helps to have free feeder service to Haneda airport. But only in the mornings and only to airport but not from. Queue atleast 15mins earlier as the bus takes max 12 who probably gave lots of luggage.

Everything was impressive. The staff were welcoming, and the amenities were thoughtfully prepared, they even provided pajamas. The room was spacious enough to fit two large suitcases comfortably. There’s also a free shuttle bus to Haneda Airport, so early morning flights aren’t a concern.

This hotel is super convenient, just a three-minute walk from Tenkubashi Station. Plus, it's only one subway stop away from Haneda Airport! We were even lucky enough to get a room with a direct view of the tarmac, so we could watch planes taking off and landing.

The room was so clean, tidy, and beautiful. The food was delicious with a reasonable variety. The hotel is located near Haneda Airport, but it's not within walking distance; you need to use the hotel's shuttle to the airport. There was a slight communication issue with the staff assisting with the check-in process.

This hotel is located in a business center, close to Haneda Airport ✈️. The front desk is on the fifth floor, and self-check-in is quick and convenient. Staff are on hand to assist if needed. After checking in, you take the hotel's dedicated elevator 🛗 to your room floor. The room is quite compact; once you open your suitcase, it takes up most of the space, leaving no room in the aisle. The room is well-equipped with amenities, and they even provide bath essential oils and a three-piece skincare set. This trip was a layover with a child, so I booked a view room in advance. The room window directly faces the Haneda Airport tarmac, with a whole line of planes ✈️, including a JAL aircraft right in front. Unfortunately, it rained the next day, and that plane had an early morning flight, so I couldn't go to the rooftop observation deck to take good scenic photos. However, the room came with two postcards, which made for a nice souvenir.

An excellent hotel with top-notch service. We arrived before the official check-in time, and the hotel thoughtfully had our luggage brought to our room once it was ready. The room itself was clean, tidy, and notably more spacious than typical Japanese hotel rooms. Getting here is a breeze: take the train from Tokyo Station to Tenkubashi, and the hotel is right next to the exit. Plus, they offer a free shuttle to the terminal. Highly recommended!

Close to Haneda Airport, perfect for those on an overnight layover. The hotel is relatively new, and the room I booked offered a view of the tarmac, which was nice. The bathroom has a separate shower, toilet, and sink area, which is a great feature. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but still acceptable. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Haneda Airport. There weren't many people on our shuttle that day, but it's still a good idea to head to the 1st-floor elevator lobby early to queue up.

The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch; Japanese hotels truly have high standards for hygiene. The environment was refreshing, and the transportation was very convenient. There are plenty of amenities nearby, with convenience stores just a ten-minute walk away. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.
