I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city. Check-in was seamless and incredibly fast, allowing me to settle in without any hassle. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience, efficiency, and a high standard of cleanliness. Will definitely stay here again!

Banrai is located close to temple with a few mins walk. Staff is very helpful and supportive. The welcome drink with beer choice is cool!!

No more next time. No facilities at all. Room is too small. No services provided at all.

It’s really a great place to stay when visiting Tokyo. Location is second to none and the staffs are easy to communicate with by English. As for the facility, it’s new and cozy for having good rest. Besides, there is a restaurant under the building and you can have a drink with some snacks there if needed. If asked what is going to improve in the future, I would say that the showering system can be more stable and the owner may provide temporary luggage storage service if possible. In general, I really like the place and I do not even want others to know.

There are 4 bunks in the room. It is quite large. Japanese style. It is above a pub. It is close to the subway.

It's a mess, the rooms are zigzag, and they won't refund. The room type is as shown in the picture. I suggest you just take it off the shelf.

The room is quite big, but there is no TV in the room. The toilet is quite clean! The cleaning is not enough for the extended stay. The room is still a little dirty after cleaning. The bed is not made, which is a pity!

I really liked it a lot. The location is great, unfortunately there was a bit of noise at night but I still liked it a lot and I would go back there anytime. 

The room is too small. The air conditioner is not warm. It is a bit cold when sleeping. The only advantage is that it is very close to the subway. The service is very good. It is a bit self-service.

The decoration is very new and very clean. The single room at this price is very cost-effective. The space is large and the surrounding transportation is very convenient. The transportation location is OK, and there is a subway at the door. The room type is two bunk beds at right angles. When booking, Ctrip only allows two people to stay, so only two beds were laid out. Later, because two children were added to the room, each person added 6,000 yen per night, which is much more expensive than Mitsui Garden near Tokyo Bay Disneyland. Mitsui only costs 3,000 yen. Ctrip Japan's hotel ratings are not accurate and can only be used for reference.
