The location is very good, many shops & restaurant nearby the hotel. The service is good. Unlucky, the lift was damaged in the first day when we check-in. The staff is very helpful to send our luggage to our rooms by stair. Work hard!! The room temperature is high as the capacity of A/C is small in such a big room.

The location is excellent, with supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, and convenient transportation. The hotel is a bit old; the room I booked was on the 8th floor, but upon check-in I discovered it was on the top floor, which was noisy. The staff kindly upgraded me to a deluxe family room with a king-size bed. The room was clean and tidy, but a little damp. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

The room is big, and we can put down three big and three small suitcases for our family of three, and there is still space. The location is good, and it is close to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Omotesando, or Ginza, which is why we chose this hotel. There are many restaurants downstairs, and there is an automatic orange juice machine on the right hand side of the door, 350 yen a cup. You can pay with Alipay QR code or cash. The first thing I do every morning when I get up is to buy orange juice.

The location is great. The three subway stations were close, so I could go to most places at once. There were 5 beds, including a sofa bed, so it was good for families to stay. There is no breakfast buffet restaurant, but the convenience store is right in front of you, so it was better to buy it and eat it. It was a pity that the wifi was a bit slow.
